Ramiro completely took care of me, told me what to do beforehand and we got it done and it looks way better than the old plexiglass and aluminum frame. We are changing out our fence from iron bars to the most beautiful tempered glass and we worked with North County Glass. They were able to sell us glass that was cut to our specifications; this includes customized size based on our measurements as well as depth. And the process was so easy. Our contractor handled the negotiations but the price seems extremely reasonable. My interaction came when it was time to pay. I called them up, left a voicemail and they called me back same day. Then I paid 50% of the total cost for them to get started and they delivered literally 3 business days later. The guys dropped off the glass today and they very carefully brought it to the backyard where it will eventually live. We really couldn't be happier with the overall process and experience here. Bought a house in July and in September noticed that the shower door was off and one of the anchors was coming out of the wall. The previous owner told me that the shower was installed just this past January (complete bathroom remodel) by North County Glass. Also noticed that there was a small leak on one of the seals. Contacted the company and informed them of the issues. Took them 3 weeks to come out and still charged the $85 for about 5 minutes of actual work to fix THEIR mistakes. I understand if it had been multiple years but this was only 8 months. Maybe stand by your work like your website suggests and fix simple issues that arise in an extremely short amount of time. Their website reads "We have been in business fifty years, and have always stood behind the shower doors we install. If you ever have a concern, give us a call. We will promptly take care of it."
