He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. The techs did a great job, and the project was completed successfully. Even when we ran into an issue with the amount of panels/glass ordered not being the right amount (was missing 1 large panel), the owners were willing to work with us to come to a resolution that was fair for both of us, and ended up installing an extra panel for us at a significantly reduced cost just to make it right! One of the old panels they replaced was for some reason installed using some kind of cement by a previous owner, and Nathan was able to work through it and install the new panel anyway without damaging the old window frame which was a tough job.
