They did a really nice job for me on a piece of glass as a table top and they rounded the edges which was especially nice. I learned halfway through that they have a parking lot right next to their. Brought a door in to get a quote for a mirror installed. Diane at the front desk had me wait in the parking lot and said someone will be with me in about 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up so I just left. I found another place where they actually care about their customers. I definitely don't recommend this place. Find another. read more

These guys are great! Small space but very big customer service! I needed a custom piece of glass cut in a short turn around and they took my homemade template and worked miracles. And, when it came in with a very tiny scratch (that I didn't even notice), they let me take the "bad" one home for my event and bring it back the next week to swap out with a replacement. This company is not accepting new customers. Needed 3 large custom mirrors for my bathroom and 3 window replacements. Tustin Glass & Mirror told me they are currently averaging wait times of 4 weeks for installs. Seemed a little long, but I agreed based on the positive reviews. She then told me they would call me "the next time we are working on a job in your area, usually within a week" to come by and measure and provide an estimate. I'm in Tustin, they're in Tustin, so not sure exactly what area they are servicing that they wouldn't be "in my area" more frequently but I said OK. I waited 2+ weeks and never heard from them. This company is doing so well, and they're so busy that they don't need your business. And they're clearly serving other areas, not Tustin. Although, it would have been nice if they said that upfront so I wouldn't have wasted 2 weeks on my remodel project. read more

Our gardeners accidentally shattered a double pain french door pane. The gal who helped us over the phone and at the front was very easy to work with and has a great attitude. Thanks guys! My table glass broke and it was a weird size. It is especially close to my heart as my girlfriend made the table. I was worried I would not find an acceptable replacement, or that I would not have much fun trying to replace it. But I called Tustin Glass and I was able to order my glass Tuesday before thanksgiving and still have a new piece of glass by Monday. The lady behind the counter was so nice. I talked to her for 15 minutes before she went to the back and loaded my piece of glass in my car. haha I have about 100 pounds on her easy, and am more than capable of loading the glass myself.
