Even when we ran into an issue with the amount of panels/glass ordered not being the right amount (was missing 1 large panel), the owners were willing to work with us to come to a resolution that was fair for both of us, and ended up installing an extra panel for us at a significantly reduced cost just to make it right! Also specifically wanted to shout out one of their techs Nathan! One of the old panels they replaced was for some reason installed using some kind of cement by a previous owner, and Nathan was able to work through it and install the new panel anyway without damaging the old window frame which was a tough job.
