I paid for the new motor and after I helped install the motor I paid for due to his F up he tried to give me a bill for the swap.... If you are looking for an honest and thorough mechanic, please go to MaxCore! Even if this is not the closest auto shop to you, or near your neighborhood, this is the place to trust and feel well taken care of. I have to tell you what happened so you can understand how amazing these business owners are! I was driving with my 10y/o son north on the 17, in thick rush hour traffic, headed to Rock Springs. My truck quickly overheated, it notified me and the temp was all of a sudden at 255, then 259! I made my way over to the next exit, Indian School, while hurrying to call my husband so he could navigate me to somewhere that I could cool down and get help. He saw a gas station, then an auto shop not far off the interstate. I made it to the auto shop. My son and I walked in and were greeted by Laura. I explained what happened and asked if I was able to get what I needed. She said, "Let me get Rudy for you". We let the engine cool and ended up chatting with Laura the whole time. What a wonderful human! She was so warm and positive. She clicked with my son, she answered all of his questions and embraced his silliness. Our stress disappeared and we were enjoying our time! When my truck was cool enough, we all went out to investigate. Unfortunately, it was not just a coolant issue. Rudy saw the leaky hoses. He knew I shouldn't continue to drive north and risk a bigger problem happening on the hill. With the kiddo in tow, I took his advice. He put 50/50 coolant/water into my radiator, Laura hugged my son and I, and we drove home to Ahwatukee. I had given Laura my business card and she called me a little bit after we got home to make sure we were safe. We made new friends for life last night. Laura, you call me any time! Can not say enough good things about Robert and the service he provided! My rotors and pads were extremely rusty which made it a more difficult job than it should have been Robert did not tack on any extra charges, his quote was what he charged and nothing more. Other quotes around the area were 2-3x more, weren't available same day, and would have to drive to their shop to get fixed while being stuck there for hours while the work was done. Our car was at the shop for 8 weeks when we were told it's be 2. We needed 1 door fixed and 1…read morereplaced, and the owner offered to eat the deductible and fix our fender. When we got it back, our back window had been broken and was not returned, the window doesn't even work, the door is missing the remote lock button, the doors don't line up correctly, and the paint doesn't match and has awful runs. I tried to be very understanding with extenuating circumstances and whatnot, I tried to be understanding that there was clearly more work than they'd anticipated, but I made it clear I'd be willing to pay for the addition work needed and speak with our insurance company to fix the damage done to our car. We were told not to worry about it, and got our car back after 8 weeks in the middle of the night. It wasn't until later, in the daylight, that we could see how bad the paint was and that the window had been replaced and was not tinted. We later learned about the window not being functional at all. I'm, at this point, worried about what else I will find wrong with my vehicle. I don't know if the company is even still in business, as they deleted their Facebook page which was our primary form of contact.

He once spent an hour trouble shooting my heading to find that the wire in my ballast backed out and didnt even charge me, and iniust brought it in for an oil change. His work is amazing and his pricing is more than fair. please dont oenny pinch this man because he is way more than fair and had puts his heart into his business. For those that have a communication issue, understand this man runs and works his entire shop and puts in easily 16 hr days working around the clock. I don't know another mechanic that is as efficient at identifying the root cause and fixing it. He will get back to you and you will be happy with the repair and price.

I called here and they said it would be WAY less and they even offer a MILITARY DISCOUNT. AND labor would only take about 20 minutes because they knew an easier way to do it. I came in and they were super nice and topped off my fluids for me, and gave me a tour of their shop including letting me see the really cool race cars they have in. I will never go anywhere else for any kind of services!!
