My car was in an accident two years ago after I let my friend take the wheel which is never a fun situation. To compound the misery I made a mistake in agreeing to let the friend's family fix my car at a family body shop. A shoddy job complete with duct tape and parts cobbled from various other cars somehow managed to last 2 years but it all ended in a Total Wine parking lot when the bumper straight up fell off. When I arrived at Airport Auto Center I was a little skeptical due to my previous experience but Michael quickly analyzed the situation and let me know what he'd do to repair my car. Two days later I received my car back an amazing looking bumper and paint job. They also repaired the damaged structure inside that caused my radiator to break previously as the frame was rubbing the exterior of the plastic. Michael and his guys repaired a pretty mangled job in two days with excellent craftsmanship and I'm pretty thankful that my mechanics at Hon-Man steered me to a great bodywork shop. First time customer and I made that clear, & came in for an oil change on my GMC diesel. A few days later I found oil droplets on the garage floor. Call the advised and they said to bring it in when possible and I did and they advised that the crush washer had not been changed during the initial oil changed and a new one was installed. I checked the oil a week later before a road trip it was down a quart. I don't know how much oil was lost when they swapped out the crush washer, but you would've thought they would have checked the oil level and make sure it's good Before giving it back this second time. Two fails in total IMHO. Hundreds of oil changes done a year and I'm the unlucky SOB, who clearly advised I'm a new customer so I'd have a good experience, and I don't even get a new crush washer & have to go back. While I may give them another chance in the future, I'm taking my business for my major fluids service to another shop that has impactful reviews. (2 stars states "Could have been better " and I agree)

It isn't overhead when you lie to the customer. And its had to tell from a new part from a Chinese knock off or junkyard replacement once a new shiny coat of paint is on. Airmen from Luke!
