Very poor customer service! Very rude in their response when I was simply asking them to resize the bracelet that I purchased for my Auntie on her 80th. birthday, who was born and raised in Hawaii. My sister bought me my first piece from Misha Hawaii. Then during their Pink sale, I bought myself a beautiful pearl bracelet for breast cancer month. It's so meaningful to me. When one of the beads discolored after only 2 months, I contacted them to ask if they could replace it with a gold bead (Id gladly pay). They provided me with the best customer service! It's amazing how such a "small" thing can have such a big impact. read more

When my mom came to visit, this was the one place she was most excited about--she's supported this business online for years, and visiting in person was something she had really been looking forward to. Unfortunately, our experience was not what we hoped for. When we arrived for our appointment, the staff member assisting us did not engage with us at all, offered no guidance, and seemed more interested in staring at us with judgmental looks. Even when we asked about her favorite piece, she responded with "I don't know..." and continued to be distant and disengaged. My mom left feeling disappointed and judged rather than welcomed. To make matters worse, the bracelet I purchased that day broke the very next day. This was disheartening after such a long-awaited visit. It's a real shame, because we had high expectations and wanted to leave with positive memories, but instead walked away with disappointment. (Note this wasn't Misha herself, when we asked if she was Misha she said "um... no..." but from we've experienced Misha has been wonderful.) read more

I met Misha at The Made In Hawaii festival. It was life changing. Prior I had learned about her from a sales associate at "Fighting Eel" who shared that Misha dives for her own shells. . . So bad ass! I can't remember the year but shell/pearl bangles were all the rage and Misha's were perfectly hammered, shiny and built to last. While other cheaper bangles I've bought over the years have changed shape, Misha's bangles are SOLID and as beautiful as the day I bought them. I have acquired a collection of Misha's jewelry and get more compliments on her designs then all my other jewelry combined. I am particularly obsessed with her statement earrings but what I like best about Misha is her line is constantly evolving. New earring designs (love the studs), rings, necklaces, and collaborations with other local businesses. Today was a first for me visiting her newish downtown location. Her studio is across the street from Pig and The Lady so be sure to gather your girlfriends and plan a shopping and lunch date. Misha's showroom hours are 12-3 Wednesday-Friday but I recommend you also follow her on Instagram to find out about other special events (@mishahawaii). When I arrived at the address, I used the intercom system to scroll through the list of names, which connected me to Misha so she could buzz me up. Misha's space was gorgeous with tons of natural light and BEAUTIFUL one of a kind creations at a range of price points (not pictured her luxe Tahitian pearl line). As I mentioned above, I have an amazing collection of her jewelry already (mostly earrings) so I was looking for another statement piece, a necklace. And I found it! The Moana Tassel Tahitian Pearl Necklace. The 28″ chain is 14kt gold filled with tourmaline (rainbow) rosary gemstones. BUT... I liked the pearl on another version of this necklace better and I was torn between the two options... Misha offered to change the pearl on the necklace on the spot, while I sipped a glass of delicious rosé. I was able to hand select another GORGEOUS pearl and walk out of her Holiday Ship and Shop event with a customized necklace I truly LOVED. . . And two pairs of earrings. I will wholeheartedly continue to support Misha's small business because her creations are truly top of the line and she treats her customers like family. Mahalo Misha! read more

First, I want to start with the positive. The jewelry itself is beautiful and a very high-quality. The problem is the "customer service". Absolutely positively the "worst" I have experienced. The company is unresponsive, and doesn't seem to care about a customers wish or preferences. I purchased earrings on website and asked for them to be held and not shipped, they were shipped to the mainland. I was on my way to Honolulu and wanted to pick up to match with other items. (An easy mistake) I have been trying to purchase a particular necklace for quite a while waiting for a sale which they have fairly often. Because of the return policy, which is so so strict I really wanted to see it in person before I purchased. I admired other things that would complete my emsamble but wanted to see the main piece before adding to my order. I only purchased the earrings first because they were on sale. The necklaces I am interested in are not, and will never be on sale because they are considered fine jewelry. Upon arrival in Oahu, I immediately called Misha and left a message on the answering machine even though it was during business hours, they did not answer. I called numerous times during the same day. No return call the next day so I left a second message. Still no return call so I left a third message and literally "begged"for someone to call me back; they did not! I emailed numerous times, and finally a representative got back to me. By this time I had been in Hawaii a week. She was not terribly helpful, she did not really seem to care much about my business, and said they were just really busy right now. It was Misha's birthday coming up. They were preparing for a big sale and something else I don't even recall. After numerous emails back-and-forth, she finally called me explained why my item would not be on sale. I could not come to their location as it is not a retail location. I was so frustrated I just told her never mind. She sent a follow up email and said she would be happy to take the items to Ten Tomorrow for me to look at. I thought about it for a day and sent her her email telling her which items I would like to see and let me know when they arrived there. She never took the items to the boutique. I emailed several more times and she just failed to even respond, she never even said yes or no if the items were transferred. Never heard back from or anybody in the entire company. I don't know why my business was not important. I was willing to pay full price for the items that I thought we're going to be on sale, she asked me what my budget was. I told her I had no budget. I planned on buying a lot more and they just didn't help me. I don't know if every customer is treated like this but I just want to say 'buyers beware' if it's anything out of the norm, you're probably not gonna get good service. I checked their website and I see that they are hiring. They need to get all new representatives in my opinion, I still want the items but I am shopping elsewhere because I don't want to reward bad behavior with my business. You should think about that before you do as well. read more

I have two Misha bangles. One was a gift from my sister and I loved it so much I went and got another bangle. A three Pearl bangle with a gold ,purple and black Pearl. I love it! Misha might not be the cheapest but she sure has the best quality pears and best work I have seen. Make sure if you are getting a gift for someone that you order in plenty of time because she is very busy and can some times take two to three weeks to get your order created. read more

The one complaint I have about this business is that the jewelry is so beautiful that it's hard to stop buying! I started by purchasing 2 sets of earrings for my sister's birthday, and she was in love with the jewelry.
