Not the largest Oriental Market, but good selection and great homemade items like Kimbop, kitchen, and egg rolls. Prices are really good for traditional frozen items too like pot stickers. This is an Asian market in Bellevue two businesses down from Korean Grill. Parking is adequate since the lot is commonly shared by the supermarket and other businesses in the strip mall. Korean food and housewares items will dominate the comtents for sale but you can still find many common items for all types of Asian food recipes. On Fridays and Saturdays, you can pick up fresh kim pop made that day for a reasonable price. Compared to other Asian markets in Omaha, prices will be a little higher. One thing I like about the place is it's a good size but you can see everything and they have tons of variety, not only or frozen foods, but spices, sauces, noodles, etc. I picked up a Rice Seasoning and looking forward to trying it. read more

Decent selection of groceries. Went back after 5 weeks & box I moved was in same spot in overstock area & shelf was still empty. Lots of products are expired by several months. Check dates before you buy. Never saw any Korean corn dogs or anything being made fresh. Not sure if pandemic has caused owner to no longer care about stocking & organizing or cleaning store. I will go here for a few things I can't get at the other Asian markets. read more

This store has so much "stuff", it can really be overwhelming if you're not prepared. I buy ginger and honey tea and it is strong...a lot stronger then from any regular grocery store. They also have a great selection of frozen ready to eat foods, that allow non-cookers to try some wonderful Asian dishes. Now if I could find instant sticky rice. read more

Great source of jackfruit for Vegan BBQ BBQ jackfruit is "all the rage" right now in the vegan community but sometimes finding canned jackfruit in BRINE and not SUGAR can be difficult. So when I am in town I pop into this store and stock up. The staff is always friendly. I always look around but Korean food does not offer many vegan items beyond some tofu and sauces. They do have refrigerated and canned tofu which I have some cans of to travel with. This shop is squeezed in near the Salvation Army Thrift Store -- we almost missed it! They have some nice stuff. There is a large freezer section with fish and everything you could think of, lots of sauces and jars and cans to browse, a housewares section. Their "produce department" is small and not refrigerated, just boxes stacked near the checkout counter. As when shopping many small groceries, be sure to check the expiration dates! I did not, and came home with a jar that should have been taken off the shelf almost a year ago. The store could also have been cleaner. The prices were reasonable. I still prefer Asian Food Mart for their larger selection, but this one is worth stopping by if you are in the area. read more

They have some types of snacks, frozen fruits, and some Korean items. This store didnt strive me for its variety in other products. I would love it to have some other stuff like Korean goodies, snacks, some fresh fruits. This place is also a little bit pricier than other Asian markets. read more

I absolutely LOVE Mison's food mart. They have a huge variety of specialty goods, but most importantly to me they sell the best homemade kimchee in Nebraska. The store is entirely family run, which gives it a nice down-to-earth feel and it's the very family who runs the store who makes that magic kimchee. On Saturdays they also have homemade kimbap - which is AMAZING. The store also offers a wide selection of ethnic foods: Japanese, Philippine, Thai, Chinese, Korean, Indian, even African (fufu flour), just to name a few. There are so many different kinds and brands of basic Asian staples, such as: -grains (rice, barley, beans) -soy sauce -rice vinegar -tofu -rice paper (for making those clear Vietnamese spring rolls) -dried seaweed paper (for sushi, kimbap, and other dishes) -fish sauce -Sriacha sauce -ramen (big selection) -spring roll wrappers -wonton wrappers -frozen eggrolls and dumplings -tea (oolong, jasmine, green, ginseng, etc.) -noodles (soba, rice, udon) -sauces, powders, and pastes (soy bean paste, red pepper powder, curry) -fresh produce (radish, cabbage, gobo root, yams, etc.) -frozen fish (salted cod, belt fish, etc.) -Asian snacks, crackers, candies, and sweets (Pocky, Hi Chew gum, Yan Yan, etc.) There's also a lot of kitchenware and cooking tools/utensils: rice cookers, bamboo mats (for making sushi), pots and pans, chopsticks, bowls, ladles, etc. You can find a variety of specialty times that might be hard to come by at other stores: kimchee, Shirataki noodles (weight-loss noodles), pork blood, Ramune drinks, and mochi ice cream. This would be my go to spot for Asian snacks and foods, but I can't get over how rundown this shop looks inside. Massive water spots, dirty carpet, stains everywhere, smells like a fusion of gym class and kimchi (thanks to the Korean restaurant next door) and old cardboard boxes still in use for shelves. It sucks because Bellevue needs a decent Asian market for those folks who don't want to travel into Omaha for Asian food shopping every weekend. read more

While it is a bit strange place, it's great. I wouldn't buy any of the produce & the shopkeeper has never not been on the phone, but it's the only place to grab the items I need for a decent price. They have every type of Asian noodles we eat along with sauces, grains, rice, snacks, & more. They also have these honeydew pops that are my husband's favorite from Korea. read more
