We walk in and get our kid hyped up to play with toys and she states oh no he can NOT play during movie time.... um he's a three year old that's expected to sit in the corner and stare at a TV while arriving with only one kid that's there??? I don't think so. She said if he played with a toy she would make him stop immediately because it wasn't allowed at that time. Isn't this place supposed to be kid friendly? They also take very seriously who picks up the children and make sure the right person has signed in. Each person has to have a code when they come in and they make sure you are who you say you are. While I realize this can be a distraction, I feel there are very simple solutions to this situation if you actually try. Instead, Malena would get angry with my daughter and show it outwardly. The real problem, and the reason I'm leaving this review, is what was also the last straw for my daughter being picked up and never brought back. I received a call mid-morning and Malena left a voicemail stating that my daughter just "would not take a nap even after being held down for a half hour." Malena held my child down to force her to go to sleep. Once I got there she said that I could bring her back the next day and we could try again, I told her "no, we won't be back," and we weren't.

COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TEACHER.. so they are ok with putting their hands on your child! When he reported that another child touched him he was called a liar to his face and then the owner told his mother she needed teach him not to lie! This is a child that was told to go to an adult for help, that he would be protected and they called him a liar! TO HIS FACE by multiple teachers!!!! They are not prepared to handle children that have big personalities or attention issues much less a child with advanced needs. The owner is openly suggestive to have you put your child on "a pill" if she feels they are too talkative. They do not respond to request for parent-teacher meetings to resolve issues. We requested them twice with different people and were never called or responded to. Child learning and enrichment is NOT their goal here..

Without going into too many details I am not convinced the staff, particularly infant and toddler's that they are equipped to provide my child with optional / ideal care. This child care facility is hard pass.
