I want to point out that because my dog is innately anxious, it affects his physical state too with eating and other issues. We ended up sending both of our boys for a six-week board and train with Kelia. It seemed to only make sense to send both dogs so they would have the same baseline training. Kelia was amazing! We adopted our good boy Buddie from a shelter in December. We had an appointment so when we came in for the first time we were expecting someone at the front…read moreto greet us. Nope no one around...we waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk so we decided to walk around and look for someone. We found a tech who put us in a room and told us to wait there. After another 10 minutes the doctor comes in and tells us to put our information into the computer and that he'd be right back. I put all of our information in then the tech came back, only to use the computer I was on to take another call and wipe the information I just put in. After that she started asking me questions about my pet but was in someone else's account so it wasn't my pet. It was all just very unorganized and unprofessional. I don't think I'll ever be back.
