A casual coffee shop in the heart of WeHo. Not a lot of seating so this isnt a place to stop and chill. I needed a quick bite before a doctor's appt and got an iced Turkish coffee and beef pasty. The beef pasty was good but nothing special, and the Turkish coffee was also ok. It tasted a bit diluted. There are better coffee shops in the area, but solid. read more

AGAIN- you need to teach your staff customer service engagement. I walk in, talk white young man looks at me and without a word turns away and walks off. No "Hello" , "Welcome In", etc. Then later hands me my beverage with a mutter. YOU NEED TO TEACH YOUR STAFF MANNERS! I am a director in hospitality and I would have a serious reckoning with my team for subpar service . read more

Other items may be excellent? Haven't tried as this is my first time in. But Smoothie is a no go. Don't do it. Only thing ive tried here so far. But wanted to let others become aware. (I got the peanut butter smoothie) Mostly ice it tastes like. Or at least 25% is. Significantly Lacks flavor With all due respect to ownership. What a great neighborhood cafe! I've stopped in here on several occasions for coffee and lattes, and most recently have had breakfast here. Their breakfast burrito is superb, the Big Breakfast is a great deal with 5 strips of crispy bacon, two eggs, a hash brown square and some grilled mushroom and tomatoes. I'm glad to have this within walking distance in the neighborhood. read more

Very slow service. First of All, I came in to an empty cafe at 10:20 am, I ordered only a breakfast burrito and I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for it, not to mention they make it in the microwave and there are 2 people working. Come here if you plan to sit at the table at your laptop all day, so you have time to wait. My meal was only started when one of their employees got back from a break. Excellent coffee shop with both indoor and outdoor seating just off Santa Monica Blvd--so it's a bit more relaxing without traffic zooming by. I had a wonderful drip coffee and sat outside. They had a gluten-free blueberry muffin (I didn't try it, but nice to know). This was my second time here and I'm sure there will be more! The owner is rude and allowed her employees to be rude as well! Left a google review on our treatment and the owner instead of replying with respect went off on a rant. Luckily I recorder my interaction with the employee as she lied and said I cursed. In my video not one curse word was thrown. I don't curse I'm very much Christian. the establishment is racist, not kid friendly since they were so upset my kids were eating cookies but the white lady sitting on the other side also had outside food. But I was the one being targeted. Maybe the employee was having a bad day, but his attitude was bad, his approach was bad, and I for one will never recommend this place especially if you have children who want to eat a cookie while you want to enjoy a coffee!!! read more

Stopped in for a quick latte after spending a little time down the block at the Woods. Came across this super cute coffee shop, and popped in for an almond milk chai latte which was delicious. And then couldn't resist adding on a chocolate brownie cake thingy that ended up tasting more like fudge, and basically took 4 of us to finish it because it was so rich. read more

I've tried this place twice. The first time the service was bad, but it was peak hours on a Saturday. So I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately the service was still bad. The barista was not friendly. The chairs are very uncomfortable. The environment feels sterile. The drinks were average? I won't be back. read more

I have been to Miss Melbourne Coffee several times and I have been disappointed every time. I'm sorry to say but the coffee is just not good? It's also incredibly overpriced. Every time I go, I'm just confused thinking maybe I'm ordering wrong or had an off day with the barista - but no. Multiple visits have proved it is the shop itself. Most recently, I got a hot vanilla latte with almond milk the other day. You'd think you can't mess that up, but somehow you can! It didn't even taste like coffee it was that bad... Plus it was $7.25 for a small. Sheeeeesh. I've also come here for lunch and the food is average and forgettable. I would only eat there for a last resort. Unfortunately, they do have a great birthday rewards system so I tend to come by at least once a year (and that's why I'm giving more than 1 star). Somehow, I think it'll be better so I do keep coming back. At least I haven't given up all hope! read more

Dang how'd I forget a photo. I just got iced green tea. They put kombucha in it though. It tastes normal to me. Cute spot around the beaten path on SaMo Blvd. I thought it was new but it's been here seven years so they survived COVID. That says something. Good friendly service. They have huge cookies and you can get two for six bucks, but it's chocolate chip or oatmeal. I don't need three huge chocolate chip cookies and I'm not going to eat oatmeal inside a cookie that's for sure. Might try the good stuff another time but more likely I'll forget to come back here. The food and service were truly next level. We had the beef pot pie and the breakfast sandwich--both were packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. The coffee was equally impressive--smooth, rich, and easily one of the best we've had in a long time. Nice small cafe located in west Hollywood. My friends and I went there during the weekday in the afternoon. No other customers so we were served with no line. Coffee was quick but we also order beef pie. It was delicious but just took long to warm it up. By that time other customers came in and the place got busy. I had no intention of asking for a refund but to tell you the coffee cake was substandard and I doubt fresh. My point was when you sell an item at your store it becomes your product. Telling someone you have nothing to do with it is unprofessional. Granted the coffee was good but the cake dampened the whole experience. Maybe date the pastries and throw out the old ones. You have a bad habit of telling people who give negative reviews not to come back. You're going to run out of people soon. read more

Very unpleasant experience today! I was charged $1 extra for a tiny pour in to my coffee of almond milk. That was after the male worker presumably the owner argued with me over whether to put the almond milk in my coffee or put in a separate container. When I questioned the added fee he pointed to his menu board and snickered. Absolute rip off and rude! Stay away! PS. After writing this review the owner came outside to where I was sitting and aggressively confronted me about my negative review. Absolutely horrible!! Never go here!! This is in response to the owner's last message. I was not asked to leave. I chose to leave after the negative experience. May I suggest that you as a small business owner focus not on arguing with your limited customer base, but on providing quality service and exceptional product. The fact that you are continuing this personal attack shows that your priorities are not in line with maintaining an A+ business. Your location has been a revolving door of coffee shops over the years. Hopefully you can take this review constructively and find ways to better yourself and business. Best of luck! read more

This coffee shop is fantastic! The food is mouthwatering, and the coffee is strong enough to power a rocket--but in the best way possible. That said, I have a couple of notes. First off, the afternoon staff looks like they've just watched a sad movie marathon. Guys, it's coffee, not a courtroom drama! Lighten up! And then there's the outdoor seating area... let's just say it could use a serious spa day. A good hosing down is long overdue, especially since it's right next to an alley that's seen better hygiene. Come on, Owners, this is West Hollywood, not a backlot on Hollywood Blvd!
