Coffee and dreams make my mild depression disappear. Haha. Let's begin this cafe review. Pantheon Coffee is a modern and vibrant cafe house with a seating capacity of roughly 25-30 commoners. It's located in a tiny plaza on Fairfax avenue in WeHo. They offer some of the classic coffee and teas as well as speciality drinks. Furthermore, they have some delicious pasties from a famous bakery. PC's interior layout is very spacious with curated greek decor and abundance of natural light-thanks to its large windows. Atmosphere was very cozy as well as its chairs. I like that they have a piano and books and greek god marble statues. As a first time visitor, I ordered an Iced Apollo Latte and a warmed Chocolate Croissant. Both items, I truly enjoyed consuming like a demigod. Staff were affable and competent. Service was bloody spot on. Parking lot and street metered parking are available. Overall, I truly had a nice experience and enjoyed my latte and chocolate croissant. read more

I am here for the coffee and barista, George!!! George serves the ultimate customer experience!!! I love the ambiance, the location is on east side of Fairfax just south of Santa Monica. (Prepare for metered parking out front)... My favorite drink are their matcha latte and hibiscus tea. I also like their black sesame latte as well. I visited for the first time on 4/24/26 around 4 PM. The space is beautiful, however my experience was negatively impacted by an employee. The gentleman with glasses displayed unprofessional behavior, including loudly and abruptly telling customers to leave near closing time. The tone and delivery felt unnecessarily harsh and made the environment uncomfortable. As a result, I decided not to make a purchase. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it does not reflect the quality the location appears to offer. read more

The atmosphere and vibes really take you to a calming place outside the city. On top of that the drinks here are truly unique and special and have that something that no other place has. The people here are always so nice and welcoming and even after one visit they remember you! I love this place, great for getting work done, hanging out with friends or just to relax. read more

Very underwhelmed with my experience here. It's my first time visiting so I had a few questions about the drinks and the guy at the register was giving me attitude as if I'm asking questions I shouldn't be. I ordered the sesame cream drink (don't even remember the name) and it just tasted like I was having ground sesame seeds. It was not good at all. And the worst part.... Over $10 for a drink. Sorry but that's just not acceptable when the drink isn't even good. I was excited to try this place and try the other drink options but I won't be coming back. read more

Pantheon Coffee is the kind of neighborhood spot you hope stays exactly as it is once you find it. I've been twice now, which is enough time to know when something has real gravity, and I'm fully in. The location feels perfectly optimum from my apt. Easy, lived-in, like it belongs to the street rather than trying to dominate it. The baristas are genuinely dope in that rare way that's both confident and kind, like they actually want you there. My Americano was premium and exactly what I look for. Clean, balanced, no theatrics, just excellent coffee doing what excellent coffee should do. The background playlist quietly sealed the deal, drifting from Allah-Las into Tame Impala like someone actually understands mood. It's not loud, it's not precious, it just hums along at the right frequency. There's plenty of space inside to work, take meetings, or post up solo without feeling like you're squatting. Pantheon manages that elusive trick of being productive without feeling transactional. It's the kind of place where you sit down for a coffee and give yourself a small vacation. Pantheon Coffee is a cozy spot with seating for about ~25 - 30 people. Outlets are scattered throughout, so finding a place to plug shouldn't be problem. The coffee menu is standard. I had a soy cappuccino, strong, but the flavor didn't stand out. What did stand out was the 25g protein Vegan Chiamisu power bowl: creative, tasty, and also a wallet punch at $15. A scone is $9.37, expensive. Overall, it's a solid option if you need a place with WiFi, charging outlets, caffeine, and a straightforward place to get things done. Excellent space, I went Sunday and it was pretty crowded. A lot of ppl seemed to work out of the cafe! I've been wanting to try it for a while now. And it did not disappoint. Creative twist on drinks and I LOVED the cold brew with the pistachio cold foam. I am not big in Cold brews but omg this combo was elite!! Charming Greek themed cafe on Fairfax. Came in for a quick coffee grab & was not disappointed. Service - The cashier greeted us right away with lovely enthusiasm :) Apollo Latte - I love a charcoal infused vanilla bean latte! It was great. I don't mind the texture (kind of like really soft sand?) but I can see why it's not for some people like my boyfriend lol. Odyssey - Crushed pistachios sprinkled on cold foam over a smooth cold brew. It wasn't as sweet as we would've liked but it was still good. Parking - There's a small lot right outside the cafe, but because there were cars parked in the stalls immediately next to the only ramp to get in or out, we couldn't get in to the other stalls. Early one of my favorite "coffee creators" in the area. Really love all the different flavor combos they have here, their signature drinks are the best I've had in the walk able coffee shops in the area. Unfortunately they were out of ALL pastries by noon, so if you want those, I suggest hitting this spot early. They must be good. I'll have to come back and try their other options. My first time at this coffee shop and I'm officially obsessed! George and Dom were absolute rockstars--super friendly, crazy knowledgeable, and patient enough to walk me through everything from the charcoal latte to the chocolate-strawberry latte (which I ordered and WOW... life-changing). They were so warm and welcoming that even my dog Monty felt like a VIP. He got so excited he almost tried to leap over the counter to say hi. They gave him a treat, loved on him, and basically adopted him on the spot. We ended up hanging out on the comfy couches, sipping our drinks, chatting, and just soaking in the good vibes. How stunning is this fairly new shop!? I had the honor of chatting with the barista yesterday morning and she informed me they opened back in December of last year. Plenty of seating inside as well as some outdoor options to enjoy the day or step out from the hustle and bustle inside. Pictured: Apollo latte - hot, half sweet with strawberry sauce/syrup? and let me just say.. it did not miss... to die for Pistachio pastry - sort of like a croissant, but round with pistachio paste inside and crumbled nuts on top. Absolutely as yummy as it looks! Matcha latte - iced ceremonial and unsweetened. Look at the marble beauty! Dog friendly shop as well (inside + out)! They offer treats. Not that it's the cafes problem, stuff happens. Ordered drip coffee. They didn't have it that late in the day so had to buy an americano. Which was $7 with tip. A very spacious and clean cafe! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. This cafe is actually dog friendly (not just small dogs) both inside and on their patio right outside. They have nice treats right at the front for your dog as well. The cafe is kept very cool which is nice in LA. My tea was alright and had a good flavor, I just wish it was a little bit stronger. However that is a personal preference and I understand many people prefer just a hint of ginger and turmeric. read more

Another cozy yet aesthetic coffee shop brought into West Hollywood, occupying the space right next to Flippers! Carrying the name Pantheon, not a surprise to see the Romans and Greek touch in the interior. Extra points, some dedicated parking spaces in front of the cafe and swift service getting the beverages ready. Our options for this first try went to 2 of their signature coffee-based drinks. First cup came in smaller size, the Freddo Cappuccino, which you could picture as your regular cappuccino but with both the espresso and the milk being frothed to light airy texture. Despite the petite size, this cup of joe definitely delivered that extra kick with its bold taste to give you that strong wake up call. My favorite was our second, the Black Vanilla Latte. Just like how I loved my coffee, the default version of this one came with almond milk and vanilla syrup. They did add charcoal infusion which you'd definitely notice from the color, but I couldn't really tell if it led to any particular taste. I would fancy more vanilla flavor in this cup, but it's still decent iced coffee to enjoy with great beans. read more

I got an extra shot of espresso--three shots total in a small cup--and still couldn't taste any actual coffee. It was way too sweet and lacked any real caffeine kick. Parking was basically nonexistent--only about two or three spots. The scenery was nice, I'll give them that. Staff was okay, nothing special.
