All but one large table of 6 were taken. A local couple offered to have us share their table. It was such a sweet gesture. As it turned out a smaller table did open up and was quickly cleared. We sat there. The menu had breakfast and lunch options. Prices were like from the 70's. We opted for basic eggs, toast homefries, sausage and coffee. All was quickly served and coffee refilled. Jen (the owner) was present and as sweet as could be. She seemed to enjoy getting to know her customers. Other patrons were engaging and friendly as well. We were blown away how friendly everyone was. It certainly added to the charm of this little place and made our travels memorable. Not sure the people realize just how special they made us feel.
