This update is based on CUSTOMER SERVICE- wow wow wow holy smokes. We had some scheduling issues one day, and the OWNER has graciously reached out to make things BEYOND right, she's making sure I always come back. I'm not going to go into details on what she's done or how she's taking care of me, but I've never experienced CONTINUED care from an owner. I got my eyebrows, micro bladed for the first time and I could not be happier! I am not someone that wears a lot of make up or wants to look super done up, but I've been self-conscious of my thinning eyebrows ever since giving birth to my two children. She took her time and thoroughly answered all my questions at my micro blading consultation and even gave me more than enough information about the whole process. She is super friendly and very professional. Soon after our meeting, I returned for the Brow Design service with her and a week later she microbladed my eyebrows. I was nervous that my brows would end up looking too dark or obviously "tattooed" but, Jin exceeded my expectations...I was very pleased with her work!!! My brows were finally well defined and still natural looking enough. Jin is an artist and complete perfectionist with brows...and I couldn't be any happier about that! I have been receiving multiple services (lashes, waxing, facials) with various artists here for over a year and I can't go anywhere else now! Everyone is always so friendly and goes the extra mile. Honestly I don't like writing reviews like this but especially that they wasted my time and gas by telling me ooops sorry wrong day. Went out of way to be okay about this but now it just making me very upset, texted Justine couple times if she can get me a sooner appointment mind you it wasn't my fault. I had originally had everything planned out for timing my kids in daycare and I had my day off from work. So I was ready to head to my appointment. Called her I'm waiting for someone to open the door and Justine answer and says are Angela or Angelica I said no leslie I have an appointment today @12noon and she said will it shows you have an appointment tomorrow @12noon mind you I had ask her if she has any openings for tomorrow and no it' wasn't midnight, when I had told her if she had any appointments she specifically told me tomorrow I have one at 12 someone had cancel on me. Great I'll take it.! Now she is saying will sorry it was really late and it didn't accrue to me what time was it. I was already upset because she wasted my time and gas for me to come all the way here for no reason and top of it she said will sorry don't have any openings she text me saying sorry for the inconvenience I'll give you 20 percent off or free styling... but that didn't replace anything nor it didn't make anything better I text her saying if she has sooner appointments before 12 to let me know. No respond and yes I can clearly seen that she read my text. I text her again and told her this time, hey is the 12noon appointment still available tell me why she seen the message but did not respond. I asked my boss if I come in later time she said yes but Justine is being so unprofessional.... I've seen her work through images it looks good but it was too good to be true. If your going to get your hair done with her got to make sure twice with Justine because it looks to me she don't care that I wasted my gas and time & Poor communication! DO NOT GO HERE! They do not guarantee their work!!! Manager Victoria unprofessional and on a power trip. Been going here for close to 2 years for lash lifts. Ariana G. who just got hired recently did a poor job doing my lashes and stated it did not take well when she was done. When I called in after a couple weeks that I would like a redo I was told by new manager Victoria via TEXT they would not redo and to find another lash place!!! Reason being I had other lifts not turn out because of incompetent employees not leaving product on long enough or using wrong rods in the past and they no longer honor more than 1 day! This is how they treat a long-term customer that stuck with them even though they wasted my time during those sessions. I have always followed the guidelines of not getting wet. I also had Alysha cancel all my advance appointments after I cancelled when I was in hospital. Poor customer service. You can do better else where! Owner never called to remedy. read more

I have been a client at Miss Priss Lash and Brow for almost 2 years. I had never had eyelash extensions before, and now I'm a "lifer"! Until the recent closure, I would go in for fills every 2 weeks. The owner, Jin, is the most wonderful person and AMAZING artist! She always keeps me on her calendar and is a joy to spend an hour+ every other week. After booking a first time hair apt, Justine Jackson left me waiting 40 minutes without even an apology. This is after texting a discount of 20% mistakenly to me instead of another client she Mis-scheduled. The same courtesy discount would have been nice! I went a 2nd time and it was fine. Then I referred someone to her and Justine was a no-show! Her excuse was it's her husbands bday! No apology to my referral again! How embarrassing. Now she's lost 2 new clients paying about $200 per visit! As a business owner, she isn't representing Miss Priss well and I would make a much needed decision if it were me! It was my first experience with lash extensions, and I was given a quote of $75. When I laid down on the table Eliza informed me she couldn't do it for that amount of money. Instead it would be $195. I explained that we were going on a three-week trip for a wedding anniversary, and I wanted them to look very special. 90 minutes later I was hustled out the door and forced to buy special lash cleaner that she promised me would keep my lashes clean and stay longer. Immediately the fan lashes in my left eye began to fall out. It's been four days and my left eye looks naked. There are no fan lashes left. My right eye has kept all the fan lashes, so I look very distorted. I wear glasses, so I don't touch my eyes and I've used the cleaner 2x a day and patted them gently. I realize that mistakes happen, but to have two completely different looking eyes is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. They did offer to "fix" them if they determined they were at fault , but we were leaving on our trip and there wasn't time. I sent Jin a picture where you can clearly see the problem. I feel foolish that I tried something outside of my comfort zone, but I really thought this salon was professional. I'd like a partial refund--the right eye does look good--but I don't think they will agree to that. My recommendation is to ask what are the options if there is a failure. read more
