Made an appointment for my sister and I to get bridal party makeup and hair. They weren't very clear that these would be two separate appointments. I received a confirmation text for a 12:15 pm check-in so we could be done by 2:30 pm. I think everything is straight here. I get a call the day before saying I need to be there at 10:30 am and that my appointment was moved. Pretty inconvenient when you have your freaking wedding day planned out already. We still made it work. Showed up and we were not greeted. No one was to be found. Waited around for about ten mins and finally got put in chairs for hair. Sarah (who did my hair) was friendly enough. I think she did her best and wanted me to feel good about my hair so thank you. The girl who did my sisters hair (Deja) was obviously less experienced and needed to almost be talked through the whole thing. Even on how to use a bobby pin. We asked for curls and some hair pulled back into twists. Mine was okay but my sister's was curled in some places and straight in others. Also, due to the time being moved up, we had to try and make the look last until 5 pm. Moved on to makeup and waited again for another 15 minutes or so. Finally someone pulls me over and starts. I forget her name but she was friendly enough too. My sister kept waiting for Sydney to come out and start on hers. After probably waiting another 10 mins, she comes out and asks what my sister wants. She said she wanted full makeup and Sydney responds to her with "why don't you just do it yourself". Excuse me?? We came here and made appointments for these services then you tell us to do it ourselves. Needless to say, my sister walked out. Other than Sarah and my makeup girl, the girls that work here are just kinda rude and don't do a very good job. I'm disappointed because it was my wedding day and they made something fun to be super stressful. Also, the pricing is not very clearly listed. They charged me for a wash and dry but we came in with washed and dried hair. Clueless all the way around. Maybe this place works for a regular Tuesday hair trim but DONT come here for your wedding day. Can't say I will return either way. read more

Lashes turned out OK by Journi. First time having the lash tech NOT wash my eyelashes before starting on them. She was a bit snarky with comments saying I didn't tell her certain things like she wasn't the professional in the situation. She could've asked for pictures of examples if she cared enough, but I didn't feel she did. Service lasted 45 min total for full set of new lashes and the bed was dirty from previous client. The bed is in a hallway so don't get too comfortable or think you'll get to relax. Also, she told me to bring cash because their credit card system was "down" and told me it was $175 for classic lash set, so I gave her $200 and told her to keep the change for tip, and walked out... then got a email receipt saying the service was actually $150, so she pocketed a $50 tip instead. Overall experience was sketchy, will not be back. read more

I was looking ALL OVER for availability on my day off. And I am so happy to have found this place. I originally had an appointment with Brittany, but she texted and was not feeling well enough to go on with my appointment on Monday. But she found Karin, her co worker to do the job. I went in early at 9am. And Karin actually was off that day but she came in to do my service. I did the classic full set, and it didnt take her forever either. I usually just sleep when I get this service done but Karin was so friendly and she genuinely started conversations and it was like we have known each other forever! i paid $150, for my set and I will definitely look forward to returning for my fills...they look amazing ! Ditto to everything Tizzy D. said. I have been giving them chance after chance and they just can't do it. So much for supporting small businesses. They advertise they do mani/pedis, which they don't. They charge Seattle prices for trashy services. The vibe is dull and the products for sale are cheap. In the year I have been living here, four plus stylists have left. Each time I went in it was a different person. I bought several gift cards, and before I could use them for my husband and daughters' massages, the masseuse had also left. They can't keep front help. They are rude to their clients and employees. Jenelle does not finish her work. They owe me $340 for a gift card balance because she said she doesn't think they can 'fit my needs' - which are my roots every three-six months and my lashes dyed once every other month, along with fixing my permanent makeup to match my lower lashes. She doesn't want to fix the permanent makeup I paid an outrageous amount for, so I will get an estimate for her to pay to have someone else finish the job. Her niece is not a licensed technician but will try to get you to agree to a facial or eyelash tinting, don't fall for it, you'll lose your lashes, as I did - again, she is not licensed, and Jenelle lies and says that she is... I can guarantee that it was probably her niece Sydney that gave Tizzy D. dirty looks and snobbish answers. I overheard her gossiping with other clients about Jenelle and how much she sucks to work for - they told her they were small business owners and to have her call them for assistance - her own aunt who is trying to help her! That's messed-up. I will update my review when I receive my gift card refund and the permanent eyeliner I paid $700+ for - is it so much to ask for matching lashes? I sincerely hope they just refund me so that I don't have to waste anymore time on this. My father died two weeks ago, and she told me to go elsewhere as they couldn't fit me in so that my tears aren't running 24/7 everywhere I go, including my daughter's school concert last night. Nice. Their availability was great if you're looking for a fill on short notice. However, a full set of eyelash extensions will take you +3 hours. I had to use the bathroom twice in the span of my appointment. I'm used to getting full sets in 2 hours so I was late to a different appointment that I had scheduled 3.5 hours after my lash appointment. $150 is also a steep price for what I got. My eyes stung and were red when I left, which usually doesn't happen when I get extensions. Half of my lashes fell off of on the third day. I'm always careful with my lashes when I sleep, shower, etc. I'm very experienced with lashes and loved how they looked, the quality was just lacking a bit. read more

I have been seeing Jenell for waxing and facials for nearly 10 years. She is amazing and talented at what she does and is such a genuine person. She and her staff will make you feel super comfortable. The location is in a beautifully restored house that Jenell converted into a spa. My first Brazilian was with Karin. She was recommended by my experienced co-worker. I sort of knew what to expect. She was straight to the point asked me to remove my clothes from the waste down and get in the froggy position. She did very well and dealt with me squirming a little. She told me I could scream and cuss but I didn't lol she was very friendly and nice. I enjoyed my experience and I go back for my maintenance wax in 5 weeks. I didn't know anything as far as after care goes. She let me know the red bumps and inflammation will go away and that I could take a Benadryl if I wanted. I did :) it's been about 2.5 hours since my wax and I'm happy with the results, the redness has decreased alot and there's pretty much no hair there anymore. Woop! read more

My cousin wanted a spa day for her 13th birthday. We visited Touche and she got her first facial (loved it), got her brows waxed and tinted (she was self conscious about how light they were), and had a relaxing pedi. I got the same, except a massage instead of a facial. Everything was wonderful. The only downside was that they only have one nail tech so we had to take turns for our pedis, taking twice as long. I had really high expectations for my manicure but was a little disappointed. The products are high quality and they have some cute designs, but the polish wasn't applied cleanly to the sides of my nails and doesn't go all the way down my nail bed. The place is cute. Touché looks plush & lush. The environment when you walk in is nice. For $35 I was a little disappointed with my spa manicure. I got there on time, and got a glass of rose wine which was nice. I was led to a little table, I soaked my hands in warm water, had cuticle oil put on and my cuticles pushed down. Then a quick buff on the top of my nails, and a quick filing. The only thing that felt like a spa was the extremely brief hand massage. There wasn't scrub, or a massage of hands and lower arms, or anything "special" . My nails were done nicely, but with cheaper nail polish. I sat there waiting for my nails to dry but they wouldn't dry and she kept spraying stuff on them to help. I was kind of rushed out a bit (?) As soon as I left, despite being careful, my polish immediately started to smudge and shift, because it was so thick. The chemical smell coming from my hands was so strong I had to just take the polish off. I was bummed after all was said and done $35 is a lot for a mani. While I was there I requested a hand wax, to be honest I was trying to keep that on the down low. I do get hair on my hands, but it seemed to be a big deal to request a wax. I tried to make light of it. Even though at some point 3-4 people in the salon were talking about my request. They said it wouldn't be a problem and made it sound as if their girl could do it the same day, as I was already there. But when my manicure was done they asked me to come in another day, and said "I'm sure you won't turn into Sasquatch overnight"... hmmm.. okay. I'm thinking I'll try a different place next time.
