Unfortunately, our experience at Miss Saigon Pho was disappointing. The portions were quite small, as you can see from the photos, and the bowls felt noticeably underfilled. The flavor was average and nothing particularly stood out. The prices weren't necessarily expensive, but considering the portion sizes, we didn't feel the food was worth what we paid. On the positive side, our server was friendly and attentive, which we appreciated.

My husband & I were excited "Miss Saigon" from Georgetown re-opened : ) The fried egg rolls came with 2 different wraps both were perfectly crispy on the outside with a flavorful, savory filling inside. The Shaky Beef was not in the menu (1 of my husband's favorite dishes) & the owner graciously made it for us - incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with rich garlic-pepper flavor, cooked perfectly. The Combination Pho was exceptional - the broth was deep, aromatic, and comforting, with generous portions of tender meats, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked noodles. Miss Saigon is truly a hidden gem. Whether you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, a nice date spot or enjoy a great meal with family and friends, this place delivers on every level.

tl;dr: A new Vietnamese spot in Centreville offering solid bowls of pho. Based on soft opening, I'll be a little lenient. Miss Saigon is a new restaurant in Centreville, taking over a spot previously occupied by a Mediterranean restaurant that closed within the past year. They are currently in a soft opening phase, so the full dinner menu wasn't available yet. This review reflects my experience during their early days, recognizing that they will likely fine tune things as they prepare for their grand opening. Food: - Cha Gio - They serve two kinds of spring rolls here -- one with the traditional spring roll wrapper, and another with rice paper. Both were good and served with a delicious dipping sauce (nuoc cham). - Pho Dac Biet - Want a little bit of all of the meats? This is the pho for you! The broth was flavorful and didn't need a lot of add-ons like sriracha and hoisin. - Pho Tai Nam / Chin / Bo Vien - Although this combination wasn't on the menu, they were super nice to make it for me without charging extra. My only feedback was that I wish the tai was served rare -- they cooked it before serving it. I really hope that they change that in the future. The pho was served with the typical bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño, but also pickled jalapeño (haven't seen that before), and culantro. I wish there was some Thai basil to round everything out. Vibes: Like your traditional pho shop. There's a huge mural inspired by Vietnam landmarks. Service: Attentive and friendly. Parking: Lots of parking out front (although this shopping center gets even busier now because of Teso Life nearby.)

Food was tasty. I got the Vietnamese steak, salad, as well as rice. Really enjoyed the steak as it did provide texture and was easy to chew. The dressing provided as great as well. The food and ambiance was good, however service took a long time to deliver food and wish it came a bit faster.

I walked across this restaurant so many times, and I finally decided to walk in here, and I'm glad I did. I couldn't have asked for a more appropriate server. I was going to order from the regular menu, and he pointed me to the lunch special Combo. I believe the pho + sea salt coffee + spring rolls Combo was $19.95 and my banh mi was $13.95. My new favorite Vietnamese spot. Also, sea salt coffee was very yum

Very well done banh xeo (Vietnamese pancake)! Fresh ingredients, crunchy, savory! The egg rolls come in 2 versions (lumpia like wrapper and rice paper wrapper) are tasty! Looking forward to the full menu when it would be available in a month or so after the soft opening.

I stopped by this restaurant after noticing it had opened some time ago, and I really enjoyed their Pho Dac Biet (house special pho). It features rare steak, well-done brisket, flank, tendon, tripe, and meatballs in a rich, flavorful broth. The pho is paired with a strong, sweet, and robust Vietnamese sea salt coffee, served right after ordering. Service was quick and friendly. The interior is simple and modest, decorated with a large mural of Saigon's Binh Thanh Market and framed images of other Vietnamese landmarks. The lunch specials are reasonably priced and include sea salt coffee or spring rolls, depending on the option you choose.

The food is decent & nothing special. The waiter is very nice. The place is decent size and very quiet. The place is new for the area.

I came to Miss Saigon during its soft opening, and oh my gosh, the pho was amazing. The broth was absolutely delicious, and the service was wonderful. I was on my way to my regular pho spot, but I saw this place had opened and decided to try something new. Before giving it a five-star review, I wanted to go back once more and try it again, and wow, it did not disappoint. The space was super clean and spacious, which made the whole experience even better. I am definitely trading in my regular Centerville pho spots for Miss Saigon. I'm excited for them! They have officially moved past their soft opening phase and now have a full menu. Looking forward to trying other things as well.

Delicious food! My fiancé said it's the best pho he's ever had with very flavorful broth. The bahn mi and fries were great too. The waitress was attentive and checked in often. The food is reasonably priced. We'll definitely return!

Ambiance is casual. It's a small restaurant at a strip mall (the restaurant's capacity is 85 people). This place always has customers but at peak dining times, there's a wait out the door- yes, even during summer sometimes, but especially when it's cold or raining. Their pho is spectacular, as is their vermicelli bowls, spring and summer rolls. Banh xeo is mid-- there's a specific spice that throws it off (maybe turmeric). I stopped by here recently and noticed they have new menus. Quick skim: pho prices haven't changed, but certain menu items have gone up about $1. If you're looking for a sweet treat after lunch, there's a Sweet Frog 2 doors down, Okaeri next door (Japanese soufflé pancakes and lattes), Paris Baguette a few yards away. There's plenty of parking but you might have to park a few yards away when it's busy.

The meat portion was generous, which I appreciated. We also ordered the cha gio, but it wasn't worth it in my opinion. It was pretty underwhelming and not something I'd order again. Service was fine, and while our table was slightly sticky, it wasn't a huge issue or anything that affected the meal. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're craving a decent bowl of pho, but there wasn't anything that really stood out enough to make me eager to return.
