I tried this place to compare it to the newly opened location in Fairfax. It's been open for awhile, so I expected things to be pretty buttoned up. The food is consistent with Fairfax's. I tried their dac biet/ combo and grilled pork. The filling is good but their bread sucks. It's so hard and not in the standard banh mi baguette hard. It completely fell apart and had no give. The filling (jambon, ham, pork roll) was delicious. Grilled pork was good but not great. Service is good!

The bread here is noticeably wider than most banh mi--super fluffy on the inside with a crispy crust, which I loved. The fillings are very generous, with so much meat and tons of flavor. We ordered the thịt nướng and pâté chả, and both were packed really well and satisfying. Definitely not skimpy on portions. They also have a combo deal that takes $1 off Vietnamese coffee, which makes it an even better value. The sandwiches are a great deal for the price, and the coffee is solid too. Would happily come back when craving a hearty, filling banh mi.

The Bo beef steak was awesome, really flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy. I'd definitely order that dish again. I also tried the banh mi, which was solid. The warm, crispy baguette really hit the spot. Overall, the food really satisfies if you're craving Vietnamese flavors. The place is a bit tucked away and can be a little hard to find.

I feel like this place has improved so much compared to a few years ago, so I keep coming back for their fresh banh mi and Viet coffee drinks. Gone are the days when banh mi used to cost $3.50 (yes, the whole sandwich), but this deli(?) does deliver on the quality. If you are craving it, definitely try out the sandwiches here! I also tried both the ube and creme brulee coffees here and it reminded me of the egg coffee I get in SoCal. Flavors are great and the drinks give you that nice extra kick that Viet coffee gives.

Crispy, delicious bread with plenty of filling. Went for the char grilled pork and was definitely satisfied. The combo set enables you to get a Vietnamese coffee for $1 off, which was a good choice for me. Staff were very pleasant and helpful also. Would definitely return!

Absolutely delicious and fantastic service! This is the cutest, cleanest little Banh Mi cafe. The Banh Mi sandwiches were all top-notch (we ordered 5 different kinds--everyone loved theirs!). We also got custard buns and a bao bun--so tasty! The smoothies were amazing, and loved the boba! Will definitely come here again.

I was at my poker league this past Tuesday and was craving banh mi and a viet coffee. So I decided to try this place makes. It's small and they offer a combo of banh mi and viet coffee or an upgrade... I get that there wasn't many people in there which is why they are so slow. I mean turtle slow. I normally get the combination banh mi, but I decided to get the grilled pork one, which was apparently highly recommended...never again. The meat was tough and I couldnt taste pate soy sauce or the delicious mayo I always want in a banh mi...I truly only enjoyed the bread and carrot slaw. Will not be back for that...I couldn't even finish the sandwich cause it could not chew the darn thing. The creme Brulee coffee I loved...for that they get 3 stars. So far nothing beat banh mi dc !

The bánh mì's here are averagely good and not bad at all. The Vietnamese coffee is strong as it should be. The spring rolls (goi cuon) are good, but missing pork belly and the peanut sauce is a bit on the sweeter side. The bò né did not come out sizzling and needed more sauce to dip the bread in. I did like the marinated beef. I would come back to try the bánh mì chảo (which features Vietnamese meatballs). Overall, it's not bad for Chantilly area, but I can definitely find better bánh mì in Falls Church. Service was good and ambiance is casual cafe vibes.

Placed an order online for this banh mi place for lunch as it is closer than anything in falls church or arlington, i ordered a banh mi bbq xa xiu (pork) which not of place have along with an avocado smoothie and a ong beo cofffee and egg rolls. Egg rolls was still crunchy when it gets to me and the taste is very good. The banh mi was filled with a lot of meat which i appreciate and lots of vegetables too ( I didn't put all of it on mine) Coffee was creamy and perfect, I might say i prefer this coffee over tea dm coffee (if i'm dare). Price was a bit pricey for uber but still worth it if you ever crave a banh mi. This one one of the banh mi place in chantilly so you wouldn't have to drive 30 - 40 mins for a banh mi again. Over all, I would make this my regular banh mi place! Oh one thing: don't love the avocado smoothie much so won't be ordering it again!

The sandwiches are above average, but not mind blowing. It would be a good choice if you don't feel like traveling to Eden or DC Sandwich.

Best vegetarian banh mi I've had with mock ham and delicious fried tofu. The mayo sauce is also super tasty!

We chose to do the pistachella and the bounty.  They both featured Nutella and if that wasn't enough, one added crushed pistachios and the other coconut flakes.  They were very tasty but very rich and between the two of us, we had to admit defeat before finishing them both.  Happily, there are to go boxes to bring home any remainders.  The space is very clean and there are tables and lots of napkins (which you will need because these treats are both awesome and very messy).  The staff was very friendly and the parking is easy in the lot out front.  We will have to come back again to try some of the savory options to definitely be followed up by another dessert one.
