They almost ran into my car with their truck on the 405 N on Wednesday, 03/19/2025 around 1:38 pm with license plate: 07793W3 My dashcam recorded the incident and I will file a police report against your company. This is unacceptable. Hire drivers who have taken enough driving lessons and train them properly and check them. This is dangerous. Your employees are putting other people's lives in danger.

I chose to purchase the parts and do the suggested repairs done in house which was successfully done and saved me a lot of money. Unfortunately the check engine light was still on, so we took it back in within a week and a half. They didn't communicate well to tell me if I fixed the problems myself they would charge me twice just for a diagnostic until after the second service. If it was a NEW check engine or mechanical issue then I would understand. I tried to explain this to the manager and he had a chance to make things right. I would've gladly left a higher review if my problem was handled with care and understanding. Turns out they couldn't work on my truck and refereed another local provider. Not small business friendly from my experience.

Being locally owned makes a huge difference, as they appreciate your business and they sincerely value customer satisfaction. I'd like to make a special shout out to Linda in the service department. She's been my service advisor for the past 10yrs and wouldn't trust any other dealership else to service my car! Linda is the BEST and I'm truly grateful for always accommodating me, whether it's a simple oil change or a complex problem that happened a few months ago when my car wouldn't start out of the blue! Linda has ALWAYS been there for me regardless, along with her other regular and new customers too. She always makes time to take care of every situation, even past her workday to ensure everything is completed. I have personally witnessed this more than once, as I was one of those customers picking up my car after service department had already closed for the day. I'm giving this well-deserved acknowledgement to Linda at Magic GMC for being an outstanding service advisor, not only because she's extremely knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, but most importantly she genuinely cares about her customers, always taking the time to explain in simple understandable terms any maintenance/issue. Without a doubt Linda's professionalism and exceptional service is truly a great asset for Magic GMC along with THE REST OF THE SERVICE TEAM that contribute their everyday hardwork which, the customer's eyes may not always see in the public view. I'll be honest!!!…read more 3-Star Review I am somewhat happy with the vehicle I purchased/leased, but my overall experience with GMC in Santa Clarita/Valencia was disappointing. The pricing did not feel very competitive, and after being placed on hold for an extended period of time, the final price increased significantly due to changing corporate deals, incentives, and other factors. That was frustrating and left me feeling like the process could have been handled with more transparency. The biggest issue for me was communication, follow-through, and customer service. There were multiple times where I felt I had to chase answers, and even then, there always seemed to be some kind of excuse or lack of clear follow-up. In today's world, with modern technology and communication tools, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience. While I understand the dealership does not build the vehicles, they do represent the brand, sell the vehicles, and manage the customer relationship. That part of the experience matters. Unfortunately, it felt like once the sale was the focus, the relationship became more transactional than genuine. I am giving three stars because I do like the vehicle, but the dealership experience itself needs improvement. Hopefully management reads this and takes the feedback seriously, because better communication, transparency, and customer care would make a big difference.
