They did not have a bulb in stock so he went to Napa auto parts in town, which was closed, but he had a key, to try to find a bulb that would fit. The bulb that he brought back was not the correct one so he contacted the owner of Napa auto parts and the owner actually came down to the shop, found the correct bulb, brought it to Okies, and our mechanic installed the bulb. It was a team effort by all the mechanics at Okies and Napa auto parts who got us on our way safely. We really appreciated their time and effort and it was a very fair price. Unbelievable!!

Typical over-promise, under-deliver (or NO deliver). They spent two-and-one-half days "researching" my installation...even though they 1) said they knew what I wanted done and 2) provided them with International (Navastar) documentation on switch numbers, computer codes and other things to move the installation. They spent more time on trying to get "codes" to authorize - all the while the tech was either not available, and even when he was, he never even looked at our vehicle. We couldn't afford to spend over $1500 on hotel bills waiting for their "tech" to complete his "research" (was probably completing a bong load) before he started on our vehicle. CANNOT RECOMMEND. NOT WORTH THE TRIP.
