    Fixed!

If you need the short version: Should you go to this location to get your damaged car fixed? : 1000% YES. This place is worth every penny and works with you to find a price that works with your budget. Great service, great communication, and excellent work! Now if you have the time to see what the process was like for me: So I was hit on the way to work causing damage to my car. I didn't have the time nor the energy to deal with going through insurance so I was set on paying out of pocket. Although the pictures don't show it very well my car was pretty banged up from a busted front bumper, a light that (thank god still worked) had the piece holding it down broken, to a side that was banged up and scratched up. Before I found this place I had people look at it but gave me issues that I was literally crying with how stressful everything was. One afternoon I decided to google collision centers near my work and this place was super close to me! I looked through reviews and it seemed to have very satisfied clients. I called and they promptly answered. They said I could bring it down, let them check out the damage and they would be able to give me an estimate then and there. I took my car and the guy (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name but everyone I interacted with there was so nice to me) actually explained to me what the damage was, what could be fixed, what needed to be replaced and what needed to be done. He was the first person to actually take the time to explain and tell me instead of having me wait off to the side or in an office somewhere. He went and gave me the estimate and it was something that worked within my budget! I told him one of my worries was that because I work I couldn't be without my car too long. He assured me that in order to lessen the time they could order the specific parts they needed and once they arrived I could drop my car off so it would cut the time I would be without my car. The total time it took was Wednesday- Wednesday. (They don't work on weekends) So in total it took 4-5 days to fix my car. (It actually worked out because I got super sick and ended up not going to work lol) Every time I called them they were upfront and honest about the status, time and any questions or concerns that I had. When I finally got to pick up my car they reviewed the repairs with me and even cleaned the yellow stains/fogginess from my lights! They even cleaned my car y'all like they didn't have to but I much appreciated it. They worked with me to get the best possible price and it honestly surprised me how helpful and kind they were to me. I hope I never get into an accident again but if my car ever needs repairs this is the first place I am going to. I told all my coworkers and my family how well this place did and showed off their awesome work that even some even said that my car looks brand new! Some of them are considering taking their cars to this place for some repairs lol. I really hope they do because they're so awesome and really do work with you. 1000% recommend!

Unfortunately my bfs car was vandalized overnight. And although it can be frustrating waiting on your insurance company to approve repairs and then waiting for your car to be done... The wait was well worth it. This paint job came out great. The car looks amazing. Thanks to this company, he was able to complete his car with the finishing touches of his parts. Thanks guys! Amazing People. Special shout out to Gorge.

Mission City Collision is the best--they sanded, primed, and repainted the hood of my Sonata for 20% less than the next lowest quote I received, fixed (no questions asked) an issue when I noticed it on arriving home, AND installed at NO COST a broken driver's side mirror and broken visor retainer when I bought online. They went above and beyond and were always super courteous and professional, keeping everyone safe by respecting social distancing rules at all times. A remarkable team all around. A+++++

This is a long review, but strongly recommended to read for anyone considering taking their cars to…read morethis place. I took my car there to have them repair the quarter panel, rear door and the rear wheel. I asked this guy, Alex, how much he would charge to fix the scratches on all the wheels and he said he'll include it in the estimated price. He asked me to bring it next week on Monday so that he could order the parts ahead of time and have it done sooner. I dropped it off on Monday and he said it would be done by the end of the week. I called him on Thursday to see how it's going and he was talking vaguely saying that he just got the parts. I'm like ok, no big deal. I'd call him every few days to ask if he knows how much longer it's gonna take and he wouldn't give me a straight answer. Long story short, it took about a month for him to finish the job. I went there and looked at the car. Didn't notice any issues at first, so I paid him and left. As soon as I got in the car, I was shocked to see all the damage to the interior. The dashboard and the door panel on the passenger side were seriously damaged to the point that they were peeled off and the foam underneath was visible (photos attached). There were paint stains on the passenger seat and on the window. There was chemical residue on the gauge cluster, door panels and around the center console (photos attached). I took another look at the exterior and realized that the roof drip molding on the passenger side looked super damaged and rusted (photo attached) compared to the molding on the driver's side. As if they replaced it with a banged-up part from a junkyard. There was tape residue on the rear window (that I haven't been able to remove even after washing the car). The adhesive on the front windshield also looked terrible (photos attached). I went back right away and expressed my concern. He looked at them, completely denied that they were responsible for any of it and literally walked away from me as I was speaking to him. I was calm and super polite during our conversation and was surprised not only by him refusing to take responsibility, but more so by his rude behavior. As I was driving home, I realized the car wasn't driving normally. There was something off about it and I could hear loud creaking sounds as I turned the steering wheel. It kept going on during the weekend, so I got out of the car at some point to see if there's something going on with the wheels and the tires. I couldn't believe my eyes. My car has staggered tires, meaning that the front and rear wheels and tires aren't the same size. They somehow put the rear tires that are thicker and bigger in the front and put the front ones that are narrower in the rear. I texted him on Monday and told him about the tires and he didn't even respond to my message. So I had to take a half day off my work and take the car to my mechanic to have him rotate the tires. My mechanic's jaw was dropped when he saw that they had put wrong tire sizes on the wheels that didn't match. The paint job that they had done on the wheels was also so bad it kept chipping off as they were removing the tires (phots attached). As I was driving back, the windshield molding popped out of its place too. That's the level of attention to detail that you can expect from the Brothers. Since this Alex guy had decided to ghost me, I decided to go there in person to have him reimburse me for what I paid the mechanic. He wasn't there (or maybe saw me on camera and decided to hide somewhere). This other guy told me to come back next week to get reimbursed and glued the windshield molding with a frown on his face. When I went back to have him reimburse me, he had this look on his face as he was writing the check, and started yelling at me for bringing up the bad paint job on the wheels, because he did me "a favor". He was like I didn't even do your wheels, someone else did. Go and talk to them if you have issues. I also had to pay out of my pocket to do an alignment as it was completely messed up after what they did to it. I was already under a lot of stress after the accident and this whole experience made it that much worse.

They did an incredible job with the repairs. The car looks and feels like it was never in an accident. A special thank you to Nick for personally delivering our car back to us. With a baby at home and the car in LA, it would have been very difficult to retrieve it. I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!
