This cleaners is probably the best one I've ever been to! Great prices and great service. I took my HERMES sweater here with a tear that I thought would be impossible to fix, I dropped it off on Thursday, and was able to pick it up as soon as Saturday morning. She did such a great job that I wasn't able to tell where the tear was to begin with. Parking there and dropping off my clothes was really fast and convenient. The lady there was really polite and courteous, and she asked me exactly what i wanted for each of my clothes. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Went in for the first time to have a coat dry cleaned, no problem whatsoever. They mentioned their alteration service since their seamstress was there at the time and sure enough, a costume I custom ordered online arrived the next week that was messed up. Basically the top layer was supposed to have a V-neck collar but it pretty much covered up my neck and chest completely. Ordered an alteration on Wednesday, had a fitting on Saturday, and it was ready for pickup by next Thursday. I just came back from my convention and the top was perfect and I got compliments on my costume! read more

Writing a review on the seamstress, I have no idea about their dry cleaning. I went in on Saturday to drop off two articles of clothing to be repaired. While i was there, she offered to have it cleaned and washed afterwards. I agreed because she is very friendly and offered a first time customer discount of 10%, great. Fast forward to today, I had to call to see if my clothing have been repaired and washed. After work, drove down and was in disappointment. The jeans that has a dime size hole was repaired like it was a hack job, something I could of easily done. I thought it was going to be professional. And goes for my dress shirt it's completely ruined, thought of it being a patch job but ended up the seamstress sewed the shirt together (covering the hole, it had a dime size hole as well). The dress shirt ended up having a seam line. Ending up tossing it. Too top it off, it wasn't cleaned or washed. Her services she offered, "she forgot" and it was there for four days and I believe it was finished in two or three. I was behind the rack of other customers clothing. All in all, not great for a first time customer and I live so close I was looking forward to dry cleaning more of my cloths for work too. Disappointing, wouldn't recommend. I don't understand their 5 star rating. She is nice is why I rated this business a 2. read more

The lady who works the front desk is very pleasant to speak with and efficient. I dropped off 7 long sleeve shirts and 1 pair of pants to be altered. I worked with the seamstress and explained to her what I wanted to get done. She was very patient and knowledgeable about alterations. For the shirts I wanted them all darted but I wanted them darted in a more slim fitted type of fashion than normal.(comparable to Zara's super slim fit shirts). The pants I wanted tapered and the waist taken in a couple inches. I wanted the taper at the shins and ankle area to be tapered pretty close to my legs. She made sure that I was satisfied with the amount of tapering that was done to my pants and the fit of the darted shirts. She would pin the shirts and pants while it was on my body and ask me if I was happy with the fit. If I wasn't I would tell her to take it in more or loosen it a bit in certain areas. She was extremely patient even though the fitting process ended going into after hours. I think I walked out of there about 40 minutes after the place had already closed. I picked up my clothes today and Wow! I don't have a single complaint. Everything fit just how I wanted it to fit. This lady knows exactly what she is doing and you will not be disappointed if you take your clothes to her to be altered. read more
