This review is three months late but I received such great service that I wanted to make sure I posted a review as this company deserved it. Jeremiah was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire experience. The movers, Adam and Nolan, were equally professional, honest and hard-working. It was a long move (moving from upstairs) and I encountered a major wrinkle when a storage facility told me I would not be able to stay on their facility after 7 p.m.. Moving from Newport to San Diego made this very difficult to get everything finished by the deadline. Jeremiah helped me secure a new storage facility and everything ended well. The mission movers are really awesome team. They helped pack and move our home few days ago and they did so great! They were pretty reasonable in pricing too. We were incredibly impressed with the job they did! They were on time, polite, friendly and beyond careful with all of our furniture. Nothing was broken or scratched. We recently moved from Huntington Beach to Irvine and hired Mission Movers. I spoke wth Jeremiah over the phone and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He stated all the costs upfront and suggested the best option for our move (in our case 3 movers) The booking process was smooth and just as he promised they were in Huntington Beach between 9-9:30 am. The movers, Gibson, Thomas and Tyler were so professional and took great care of our belongings. There was no damage done to our belongings nor the apartments and they took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture. They were also so nice to my little boy and I really appreciate that. In our new place, they help us place the furniture and move it if we were not satisfied with the placing. Nobody likes to move but these guys made it so nice and affordable! We had two homes that they moved in the same day into our new home in San Clemente. I used Yelp to find them and my experience began with Jeremiah and Heath planning my move date/details. Book these guys well in advance because they are worth your effort. The day before my move I was contacted to confirm the time and any last minute questions. I used 4 guys and would recommend that vs. the usual 2 man team. It was faster and more cost effective. My team was AC, Noah, Aaron, and Tommy. They arrive promptly at 9:30 AM and started working quickly and efficiently. My little dog loved each of them as they were very patient and kind to her. No one stopped working and each of them were so polite and professional. Boy was I glad they were doing the heavy lifting as I was worn out from pre packing. They finished the first house unloaded at the new house and went on to the second house, Wow how they worked! Finished the job at 6:30 that night! Nick, Cody and Alex helped us with our move on 9/16. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. They're very professional, punctual and overall awesome. They knew what they were doing and took care of our furniture to make sure it was protected and not damaged during the move. Despite moving very quickly and getting the job done in a timely manner, you can tell they still took their time to think about what they were doing, what the best way was to move the bigger furniture, the best way to protect it, the best way to make it fit and the best possible way to do everything. As they were moving our boxes and furniture, we told them our concerns and they made sure to address it so that we were at ease and not worried about anything. I was terrified about hiring movers after all the horror stories I've heard from friends about hidden fees, damaged furniture, and lag times but this was the exact OPPOSITE. Jeremiah and Nico (I hope that's his name) were an absolute pleasure. They showed up on time and got right to work. They not only did everything perfectly, but they kept us laughing. Our agreement was to only use them for 3 hours due to our budget so we just asked them to get all the heavy stuff and we'd do the small boxes/clothing/etc. on our own. Jeremiah didn't let us do that though. They ended up moving the entire apt. for us. It must have been 4-5 hours of service. No one believes me when I say that they still only charged us for 3 hours! BUT THEY DID! They even offered to install our doggy door, hang up our heavy mirror, and a couple other little things through out the day. We didn't let them cause we honestly felt bad at everything else that they already went above and beyond to do. I absolutely love this company. I've had to move twice in the past 2 years and I've used Mission Movers both times. In my most recent move, Alex and Nolan were my movers and they were amazing. Everything made it through the move without a scratch and they were both so friendly. I had them put most of my stuff in one room b/c I didn't know where I wanted it to go and they kept offering to go above and beyond to help me move it anywhere in the house I wanted. Jeremiah I can't thank you enough for your service. Angel and AC were phenomenal! They called to confirm they would be on time, and were so nice. They wrapped all my precious belongings, and treated everything so gently. They really went above and beyond what any mover should have done. I had an issue fitting my washer and dryer in a very tight space. They could have left and said "Sorry it won't fit", but they figured out a way to make it work. To top it off, there was a hole in my gas hose, so they continued the rest of the move while we waited for the Gas Company to fix it. Then they were able to hook everything up. They also helped me move some furniture around so I could figure out the best configuration for my room. I can sum up my experience with Mission Movers in 3 words: PROMPT, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL. But to do so would really be an injustice because they really are so much more! My initial phone consultation with Jeremiah was very satisfying - Even though they were completely booked for a big holiday weekend, he still managed to squeeze me in to their busy schedule, much to my relief. He promptly sent a confirmation text to reaffirm everything was all in place. Communication was excellent and courteous throughout the entire process and there were no unwelcome surprises. Moving is horrid, at best, you are happy to land somewhere new, but all the prep, and all the angst ... horrible. That said, I contacted Mission Movers after reading Yelp reviews, and contacted 2 other highly rated companies as well. Mission Movers' professionalism was apparent from the very first (and immediate) response (one other company had to be contacted twice before I got a response...that was foreshadowing). After several emails with Jeremiah, I scheduled my move with them, 3 guys and a truck, confirmed the day before and I was updated several times the day of the move...Heath, Thomas and Dom were timely, quick and careful. I have to admit, I was not as ready as I should have been and they took it all in stride - I felt no shame. They moved everything, including my dogs, with no problems, no stress. When we arrived at my new home, workers had damaged my breaker box, Heath fixed it and advised me to get an electrician ASAP, as it was dangerous. Heath also moved my dogs in his personal vehicle and noted my antique wooden bed needed some glue and glued it for me after setting it up ... who does that?! I had no issue with the cost of the move and was happy to tip the guys. I've already recommended Mission Movers to a woman I met in the elevator leaving work yesterday...she had those tattletale empty boxes in tow and I gushed on about the greatest part of my move was Mission Movers, she will be contacting them.
