Juno and the team at Eco Friendly Nail are seriously some of the sweetest, funniest, and best people I've met. My first visit was on a Sunday right before closing, but they still had the biggest smiles and never made me feel rushed. Juno took his time with my pedicure, made sure I was comfortable, and helped me pick the perfect color. I told him filing usually hurts me, so he brought out a baby pink file and was so gentle. I didn't feel the discomfort I normally do at other places. My toes turned out AMAZING. I couldn't stop staring at them and literally went and bought new heels just to show them off He also remembered that I wear sneakers most of the time and made my nails a rounded shape so they wouldn't feel uncomfortable as they grew out. The nails never chipped! I moved to Irvine, but today I drove 45 minutes just to get a pedicure with Juno again. The team still recognized me and was just as sweet as I remembered. That alone says everything. I'll happily make the drive again!

Hot stone massage but changed out the peppermint for orange. Then after my builder gel fill with Jenny, I had an incredible paraffin treatment for my dry hands. Pure bliss! They have a current special going on if it's your bday you get 20% and if you bring a friend you get 10%! Booked my hubby for a pedi treat next nail appt. Bring AirPods if you don't like noise. The staff do chat in Vietnamese and I could understand how that can be annoying if you're trying to relax. AirPods work like a charm for me!

Ive gotten my nails done twice here and both times they were great. However today i tried calling to make an appointment and was given conflicting messages via text saying my appointment was confirmed then cancelled. I called twice to try and confirm if i had an appointment or not and was met by a receptionist with a terrible attitude. I think she was angry because she couldn't understand my question? Either way i wont be returning because i feel like the appointment system is super flawed and the person who works up front doesnt know how to answer questions or confirm appointments. I recently had a disappointing experience, but I have to give major credit to the new owners for turning things around in the best way possible. When I shared my concerns with them, they went above and beyond to make it right. They redid my nails at no cost and didn't even accept a tip, making sure I left 100% satisfied. Once the techs came no offering of water or their first names, no greeting, no nothing. As to be expected we then had the worst pedis ever. I came home and had to remove my polish because it was so uneven and despite waiting I had dents. The salon chairs are old and unkept and the salon needs a refresh. Sooooo many other good salons in the area it's really a shame that despite the location we won't ever be back.
