I had been coming to this salon for quite some time and had previously been happy with my experience, which is why this situation was especially disappointing. After my most recent Russian manicure, my nails looked very bad in less than two weeks. I had multiple painful hangnails and the manicure did not hold up the way I had experienced in the past or would expect from this type of service. I initially contacted the salon only to cancel my future appointment and politely let them know what had happened. I was not asking for a refund or demanding a free service. They then asked me to send pictures and offered to have me come in so they could address the issue. Once I agreed and explained that the nails really needed to be redone, I was then told there could be a $100 charge. I completely understand that a salon may need to see the nails in person before determining what happened, but I did not appreciate how the communication changed after I agreed to come in. I was first offered a 10:30 am appointment, then after a long delay in communication, I was told that time was no longer available and that I would need to come at 4:00 instead. The tone of the conversation also became increasingly unpleasant and dismissive. I have always believed that how a business handles a problem says just as much as the original service. I was a returning customer and simply expected my concern to be handled professionally and respectfully. This is a thorough, intricate process and women will stare at my nails when I get them done here by Olisea & Julia because they are that perfect. I've been coming to Eurolook since 2023, and honestly, it's the best of the best when it comes to nail care. The dry manicure here is unmatched--my nails come out absolutely perfect every single time. When I've had to go elsewhere a few times because I forgot to book ahead with my favorite nail tech (Dzhuna, she's amazing!), I always notice the difference. Other salons' work starts to chip or peel a week or two in, but my manicures done at Eurolook with Dzhuna last a full month without cracking or chipping. The quality is truly top-notch, and the attention to detail shows in every appointment. It is on the pricey side, but honestly, it's worth it for the lasting results. I do wish there were a membership or loyalty program for regular clients, but overall, I can't recommend Eurolook enough. I really do like this nail salon, however my second experience here was not the best. I went about a week-ish ago and got a pedicure but the polish was uneven in application as I can feel the ridges of where it was not smoothed out on the base layer. Also my french tip was unusually thicker on my big toe than the rest of my toes. I got a poly gel extension for my big toes so maybe that was why? But I felt bad because she had to redo my whole pedicure after rebuilding the gel because she thought she was only repairing one toenail, when I had requested a full pedicure and one nail repair. I also had asked for a different polish color but did white instead for the french tip. I am also a little frustrated because I experienced lifting on the nail that was repaired less than a week after I got it fixed. Despite these hiccups, they do take incredible attention to detail in regard to cuticle care and overall skincare. Hopefully my second experience is not the norm and will be better the next time I visit. Please keep in mind my photo is taken about a week after the pedicure so any chips are not the salon's error but rather me being clumsy. Just meant to demonstrate the polish imperfections. read more

Second time at this salon and I cannot wait to return. Professional staff, highly qualified. Yulia has been working on my nails the last two times but it's clear all the ladies working there are skilled. They take their time and check in with you as the process continues. It's a dry form of manicure and maybe not as common in the US but clearly works wonderfully. My nails lasted last time 4-5 weeks and though the price is higher - the time and work put into it is very worth it! None of my other salon experiences lasted that long and cost me quite a lot. The owner Ania is also very supportive during the experience. She checks up on her clients and offers beverages as you're getting treated. Great customer service and above all - quality. I kept seeing all my IG friends raving about how happy they were with their manicures, and I had to check them out. I messaged them and made an appointment for the following day. Eurolook is very responsive. When I showed up for my appointment, one of the girls was waiting for me. We sat down and she quickly got to work on removing the dip on my nails. No acetone was used. She filed down my nails (no clippers) and started on the manicure. There's also a good color options you can chose from. It seems like this salon only does gel manicures, I did not see any options for dip. During the manicure, the technician focused on details, I've never had my nails completely colored!! It was strange since I'm used to such a rushed process you get at other nail salons! No hand/arm massage at the end, so if that's your thing, you won't get it here. Minus one start because I'm one week in from my manicure, and the color is starting to chip. It might be a gel thing since I'm used to dip. Pretty sure I'll be back to Eurolook. read more
