My new favorite nail salon!! They did SUCH a good job. I called 2 hours prior to when I wanted to come in as a walk in and they gladly took me on a Saturday evening. I'm surprised they weren't packed! They were all very friendly & gave me exactly what I wanted. I got a full set of long gel x manicure & a gel 'detox' pedicure. Total time it took was 1 hour, they both worked on me at the same time. They offered me a drink which was very nice, and make sure I was comfortable. They show you a timer for the 10 minute massage which was really nice and reassuring. The scrubs & lotions they use feel and smell great. Hana did my pedicure & gives a great callus removal treatment and massage! Ben did my nails. I haven't been to a salon in a long time that actually takes care of your nails & surrounding skin but they did here and I'm so glad. Will definitely be rereading them in the future. For $130ish not including the tips, I felt it was worth it. Will be back :) thank you all.

Honestly pretty good & reasonable prices! I do GelX and usually with Dianna. My old nail place just got too far to drive with a baby now plus I was taking the tolls and the Pardon My French by my house was just way too expensive. I'd say overall price/quality is worth a visit. Personally this is my go to! The people are so nice. I came today as a walk-in and they were able to squeeze me in. I had to bring my eight month old with me and they made sure she was taken care of and made me feel bad for bringing her. They happened to not be busy!! read more

FINALLY!! This location and New Management Finally Got it Right!! Excellent Hard Gel Service and Pedi. Holly is my Favorite Gal! I had stopped going to this location about a couple of years ago. The previous managers could not keep good good nail techs! I live in Ladera Ranch, but where I was previously going, kept accidentally cutting my cuticles,or pedicures, no matter how I complained. I waited to visit this salon ,three times before leaving a review, and each visit was exceptional! I highly recommend them. The only reason I didn't give them a five star is, I think they should give customers more than 1 brand of polish to choose from. read more

Iam a 61 year old woman and the experience I got today was outstanding. I have been to a lot of nail places and never had an experience like I did today. Nina was the lady that took care of my pedicure and like I said, it was the most great experience I ever had. Picked this nail place because of all the excellent reviews I read. Just got my nails done and they turned out great. I get very anxious getting my nails done because I bite my nails but decided to change that and start getting my nails done and wanted to choose a place that is very accepting and not judge. Ben did my nails and he did an amazing job and definitely will be back. I thought they would be busy but with thanksgiving coming up but called this morning and was able to get an appointment after I got off work. I also liked that Ben didn't rush with my nails, he took his time. Places I've been to previously would rush or they aren't nice at all. I would recommend this place. read more

Found this nail salon just scrolling through yelp, looking for a new nail salon and am beyond happy. After calling them for last minute availability they were able to fit us in same day. I got a pedicure by Helen, and my mom got a manicure with gel builder by Ben. They checked in frequently with us to make sure we were happy with our nails, offered us refreshments and were overall very accommodating. This is also by far one of the cleanest salons I've been to. So happy we found this salon so close to us. We'll see you soon! read more

Didn't have a great first experience. Made an appt but when I got there my technician wasn't there. They quoted me price for the design which the technician could not at all! It looked quite ugly. So I said forget it and they still charged me partially for it. To make matters worse when I got home I saw the bottom layer was thicker on some nails and not done on the full nail so it's bumpy on some nails. She definitely drilled a lot of layers off and my nails broke 3 days later! I definitely won't be returning read more

So glad I found Lavish and Jasmine. I got the best French manicure I've ever had or seen yesterday. I was given a beverage of my choice and relaxed into the calm and serene surroundings. This nail salon is the best I have been to and I've been a regular customer. Staff are friendly, they thank you for coming, offer water, and do quality work. The salon is clean and they have music on which is also pleasant. There is a television for those who like watching cooking shows. I had been getting Gel X on my nails for the past year and, over the last couple of months, they weren't feeling quite right. The previous salon wasn't really solving the issues. So I thought I needed to try somewhere new. I'm happy I found Lavish. After my first appointment, the issues were noted and resolved. Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable. At my first appointment, the differences between gel x, gel builder, and acrylic was fully explained, which help determine what's best for my nails while achieving my desired look. I went in for the first time here to get dip nails and specifically booked an appointment with Lavish, but when I arrived, someone else ended up doing my nails. The technician was rough, constantly pulling my hands, and wasn't very friendly. Additionally, they used UV lights, which I know isn't recommended for dip nails. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning. read more

5 Stars - A Hidden Gem! I've been to this nail salon a few times now, and every experience has been fantastic! The salon is relatively new, and you can really tell--everything from the equipment to the chairs is brand new and spotless. The location is super convenient with ample parking, and there's even handicap parking right out front. The staff is incredible! They're always so friendly and welcoming, even when I stop by after a long day at work. It's impressive how they remain upbeat and positive no matter the time of day. The energy in the salon is always so pleasant, and it really adds to the whole experience. When it comes to the nails themselves, I am beyond impressed. They have an amazing variety of colors and styles, and the results always look delicate, luxurious, and polished--without breaking the bank. You truly feel like you're getting upscale service for a reasonable price. Also, if you're looking to treat yourself, they offer a mani-pedi combo with massage chairs. THE BEST NAIL EXPERIENCE:) Jasmine and Diana provided the best service ever. This was my first time coming to Lavish Nails and Spa and I definitely will be coming back and brining my friends. They took so much time to put details into the shape of my nails making sure they looked perfect and then the same with the polish. Everyone was so friendly and talkative making sure we had water or anything we needed during our experience! The salon itself was beautifully decorated, which led to such a good vibe and experience. Just got a gel manicure at Lavish Nail Salon and I'm seriously so happy with how they turned out! Everyone was super friendly, the salon was clean and relaxing, and they paid so much attention to detail. My nails came out perfect- exactly what I wanted. Love this Nail Salon! They are actually a 10 out of 10 of the rating system. Very professional, clean and listen to what style of nails you want. The Customer Service was absolutely the best. They take time to do a job well done. I will be returning next time for a mani/pedi. read more
