Awesome shop! Really fast at their work and reliable! I had to replace my back glass and a charging port. I connected to a few phone repair shops via Yelp. I narrowed it down to mission wireless and one other shop (not naming it because I'm not saying they're bad, just inconvenient for me) . Mission wireless trusted me and ordered my parts without a deposit vs the other shop wanted me to go in and place a deposit before they order my parts. I instantly went for mission wireless for convenience, even though they charge a small amount of $$ more, which I didn't really care. (I chose convenience over a small amount of $$ difference). Mission wireless ordered my parts and would notify me when it arrives. I was notified about a few days later that the part ordered were in. I went into the shop the same week without an appointment. As soon as I got to the shop, I was greeted by the front staff I believe is Ashley. She was super nice and easy to talk to. She took my phone to repair quickly and said it would take approximately only 2HR to repair vs the other shop 1 whole day!!! . I left my phone there and returned around 2hr ish. My phone was ready for pick up! Brand new back glass and a charging port! Now my phone actually charges! The repair also comes with a 90 day warranty, so no sweat on my end!! I am overall very happy with the customer service, reliability, and efficiency of their service. The price is very reasonable! My phone screen (google pixel 3, approx 3 yrs old) had been starting to bulge a little, with some bright lines going up the side and then one day, bam! Straight to black! I came into Mission Wireless and it turned out that I actually had a swollen battery, which in turn caused the bulging of the screen. Long story short, they replaced both the screen and battery within the same day (dropped off around 1pm and picked up at 6:30pm) for a very reasonable price. I bought my i phone 7 in Mission wireles 3 years ago and I'm still using the same phone. I have not been very careful with him. I have thrown it many times and the screen has broken. I've taken it twice to change the screen. the first time they fixed it to me at the time and it was super fast and the second time they were busy and asked me to return for it in two hours, when I came back It was ready. The two times they have changed the screen it looks like new and working perfectly fine. they have very good customer service, very good prices. Great experience! I came in to repair damage to the charging port of my Samsung Galaxy S6. The estimated cost was a flat $55. This was incredibly cheaper than the estimated costs from other phone repair shops nearby, which ranged from $120-$220. One particular repair shop from SSF even recommended that I just buy a wireless charger instead. Christian was very friendly, helpful, and optimistic during the entire process. The repair took about 2 hours due to the design (difficulty) of the phone and the amount of customers that also needed help. It was worth the wait considering he saved me a lot of money. I was given an estimate of 2 hours and it ended up taking 2.5 hours, but I also dripped my phone off while they were very busy.
