Came for the teapurin, paragon and mister collab! So excited to try the pudding parfait and it was perfect! They messed up my order a little and we're willing to remake it right away! Such great service! Will be back!

Ice cream sammies are fun with the choice of dip, and their thai milk tea ice cream is my favourite. It has a strong tea flavour with smooth ice cream.

One of my favorite dessert places when I'm visiting the downtown Vancouver area. Mister Artisan Ice Cream was introduced to me by my best friends as a must-try shop when I told them I was going to visit in 2023. Since then I have paid a visit every time I've been back. My favorite is their Nanaimo Bar, but I am also obsessed with their Toasted (flame torched) Marshmallow topping. Unfortunately the two don't mix well, so you'll just have to try the S'mores/Oreo S'mores Ice cream bar separate from the Nanaimo bar. They also serve nitrogen made ice cream and hot drinks too. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Always makes coming here all that much sweeter.

More than just ice cream.. try the crème Brûlée if you haven't been.. they use a propane torch on the ice cream sandwiches. Definitely worth the extra calories

I visited Mister Artisan ice cream to try hot chocolate festival limited item. London Snow - Hot chocolate infused with house steeped earl grey milk, blending rich cocoa with delicate bergamot notes. Finished with a cloud of earl grey cream foam flash-cooled in liquid nitrogen. Served with earl grey ice cream sandwich. Hot chocolate itself tasted good. However, earl grey milk was very subtle and tasted like a regular hot chocolate. Liquid nitrogen Earl grey cream foam was so unique and we can't find it other store. It was super-light airy texture and earl grey flavor was weak. Presentation was unique and different. Highlight was earl grey ice cream sandwich! This one had earl grey flavor and texture was smooth and tasted very good.

We went for the paragon x mister matcha party collab..but I was pretty disappointed. (don't come for me paragon yall ) mango ice cream was way too sour and absolutely overpowered everything. I'm glad the matcha was super rich though, but the matcha mango combo in this case didn't work well and with the sticky rice just tasted like sour sludge. $9.95

We tried both the s'mores bar and their crème brûlée cup with ice cream. Both tasted AMAZING! The s'mores bar was rich in flavor. Customer service was great! Very nice and clean as well! There were spots to sit down and enjoy the busy weekend! Will be coming back again!

I got the Oreo s'mores ice cream bar. It's a very sweet guilty pleasure. I like the concept of ice cream sandwiches and using nitrogen gas. While the ice cream tasted good, texture wasn't as creamy as I'd hoped. I'd still come back to try more of the menu. Service wasn't the best. Employee wasn't helpful in explaining the difference between an ice cream sandwich and ice cream bar, partially because she's still learning English.

if you needed another reason to indulge in matcha, paragon tea room's "whisked away to japan" campaign might be it, every matcha purchase doubles as a raffle entry for a trip for two to japan and a tea field tour. i stopped by mister ice cream on robson at around 4:30 pm on a tuesday and there were a few people enjoying their ice cream inside and about three people in front of me. i was curious about their matcha collab with paragon, where they're serving up ceremonial grade matcha tea latte float with liquid nitrogen ice cream. the matcha is whisked to a deep, velvety green, layered over milk and ice cubes for a latte base, then crowned with a scoop of matcha ice cream so vivid it looks like it was lifted straight from a tea field. the ice cream, frozen to order with liquid nitrogen, has a dense, creamy texture and an intense grassy sweet flavour that melts slowly into the drink below. when i asked if there was milk in my drink, they were super kind to exchange it for me and remake it with oat milk, a kind and thoughtful gesture that made the experience even better. the contrast between the chilled latte and the rich, almost chewy ice cream made each sip a little different from the last. refreshing, a bit indulgent, and just theatrical enough to make you stop and watch, and maybe start daydreaming about sipping matcha in kyoto.

Mister Robson and the Paragon Tea Room in Pacific Centre have a collab until Aug 5 for their mango sticky rice matcha affogato. Each component was done PERFECTLY and the flavours actually worked well together. The mango liquid nitrogen ice cream was SO smooth and dense, the matcha was concentrated, vibrant, and not bitter, and the coconut sticky rice had enough chew yet was still smooth to meld the flavours together! The matcha is hot though, so you have to eat it before the ice cream melts into the dessert. It costed $9.95 which is pricey but a scoop at Mister is $8.50 anyway. I thought it was worth it as a special treat and to try the amazing collab!

Came for the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha affogatto colab with Paragon tea room. Came at 2pm when they opened and line was about 20 deep, but moved fast. Located on Robson. Has bench for seating. The mango ice cream was nice, good mix with the warm sticky rice, the matcha was very prominent which I enjoyed. $9.95. It was very tasty. I loved watching them make the ice cream.

Recently went to mister ice cream for their Paragon collab. I enjoyed the mango sticky rice and matcha affogato! The concentrated matcha definitely kept me awake and paired well with the sweet sticky rice and sweet/tart mango sorbet. Would come again!

Mister ice-cream has got to be doing something right - it just recently opened up location #3 on popular heavy foot traffic Robson St. It is a smaller shop with limited seating so expect to grab your ice-cream sandwich & be chomping down on it while walking down Robson St. Don't let it get too messy & ruin your attire. I've had the Crème Brûlée sandwich several times via their Yaletown location. Today I tried the Double Oreo Sandwich dipped in Matcha. Smooth like that - it went down #yummylicious. This is definitely a artisan type of ice-cream via it's flash frozen gas method. What do I mean by that you ask ... well Mister uses liquid nitrogen, making ice-cream more their rich, creamier & denser all leading to a unique ice-cream sandwich. The ice-cream is made with pure, all-natural ingredients = low in fat and sugar-free. It's definitely not cheap but a once in awhile treat for sure.

Located in a random spot? Check. Only one staff member working? Check. We've been a couple times and I have yet to see it busy. A few people pop in but no one ever lingers. Most likely because there's no seating. There's also a sign on the counter stating you can only sample 2 flavours during peak hours. There's usually 10 to 12 flavours to choose from; always something unique and interesting. They also have sundaes, ice cream sandwiches and doughnuts on the menu. - Mango raspberry swirl and London fog ($7.00 double) - waffle cone is included and it was better than expected. The ice cream itself tastes a bit denser but still has a creamy satisfying texture. The London fog was fantastic! The mango raspberry was more mango than raspberry but also quite good. - London fog ($5.00 single) - came back on a Monday and they only had four flavours that day. We went with the London fog; just as good as the last time. - Dark chocolate and black sesame with honey ($7.00 double) - the dark chocolate tasted like a fudgesicle but better. Not too sweet and hefty; it was so heavy it almost fell off the cone! The black sesame was delicious. Not quite like the ones we had in Japan but tasty and flavourful. I'll be back again and again! Love the laid back, no frills vibe at Rooster's. One of our favourite ice cream spots!

Ambiance resembles like a really old former laundry mat. Quality of ice cream is there. However, cookies and donuts were sold out so no sandwiches available for the ice cream. Pretty decent scoop. I am not sure if I would come back... I prefer seating with my ice cream.
