When I said I'll pick it up, he was short with me like I was trash. He made a point to point out he was the owner of the establishment. My kids thought he was very confrontational and weird bc they honesty didn't see it and the way he kept cutting me off when I said we'll pick it up, we didnt see it. The boys are 6 and 8 so we left. I called the manager or owner to cancel the membership, but he claimed I had the "wrong number," even though he was the one who gave me his phone number and asked me to remove this review. I filled out an incident report over a MONTH AGO!!! NO CALL BACK. NO CONTACT FROM THE MANAGER. I have been calling for the manager, Layla almost once a week and I get the same response "She is not here, can I take a message?" I leave the SAME message every single time. They tell me the same thing "I will tell her to look at the cameras" Well i'm assuming she hasn't because it's been over a month and I am FED UP!!! Even the guy working said "The chip is too fresh to be old" YES I KNOW I asked the guy that was working what normally happens in these situations and he said "They will do anything to not pay for it, keep bothering them" HOW embarrassing and how unprofessional. Not only that, in the photos I provided you can see that my car is still dirty!!! DONE!!
