Car wash was amazing I was amazed by how clean my car came out. My gripe is that the vacuum area was very bad the vacuums were very under powered. They had no spray to clean anything you had to pay for cleaning towels and the mat cleaning station the handle was broken it it had no brushes. this car wash machine left chemicals on my entire vehicle, windows, mirror, door jams and my paint. they took no accountable and tried telling me this was from an irrigation system. well i was not by any irrigation sytem anywhere. besides the irrigation wouldn't be in side the door jams. other customers are also complaining of their car having these chemical stains and residue on their vehicle also. if you want to keep your car nice, i advise you do not use their car wash. no im stuck with trying to find a detail company to remove the chemicals stains on my car from mister car wash!!! please tread with caution amd beware because they will absolutely not take responsibility for your vehicle damages. read more

Paid for tire shine. Didn't shine my tires at all. Doesn't clean the back side of vehicle. Side was still dirty as well. Bugs on grill and side mirrors still there. I'll just do it myself. I'd give it a 4/10 read more

This wasn't my first time at this location. It is always pretty clean, they have nice employees and I like the way my cat looks after a washing. I do wish that they clean the inside, but they don't at this location. It would also be nice if you were able to get somebody on the phone at this location. read more

Not even 1 star !!! This new owner has completely ruined what used to be years ago the best car wash in town. It was once a great express interior car wash where young people could earn money and older residents could get real help with their cars -- a service many of us truly valued. Now, the new owner fired everyone and turned it into a self-service spot, charging full price just for people to wash their own cars. When I asked if he planned to bring back interior service, he actually laughed and said, "Never -- this town will never have it again." It's sad to see new people come into our community not to improve things, but to destroy what worked so well. I honestly wish he had never come to our town. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at the Mister Car Wash here in Palm Coast, specifically because of an incredible employee named Emily. I have been dealing with severe allergic reactions from the sudden pollen and windstorms we've been having, and my car was absolutely covered in it. I rushed over just two minutes before closing. To make a stressful situation worse, my phone died, my charger broke, and I was stranded at the gate unable to pull up my Apple Pay. Emily was managing the line and motioned me forward. When I rolled down my window to apologize and explain my phone situation, she didn't hesitate for a single second. With the most friendly and bubbly attitude, she completely stepped up, handled the situation, and made sure my car was taken care of right then and there. She had no idea how sick I was feeling from the pollen or how much I was dreading dealing with it at home, but her instant kindness meant the absolute world to me. I didn't have cash on me to tip her, so I am leaving this review in hopes that her management sees it. Emily is an absolute gem, her empathy and generosity on such a small gesture honestly meant the world to me. Management needs to know what a phenomenal, problem-solving employee they have in Emily. If you need a quick rinse and have time to dry your vehicle by hand, this place will work for you. The equipment has not been working correctly for some time now. When you exit the wash, you better dry your vehicle, or you'll be riding around with awful water spots everywhere. The staff are quick to inform you the equipment is going to be replaced, one day. Just not one day soon. Everyone is friendly, but that doesn't make up for poor equipment. read more

The back of the car was still dirty, I have a white car, and you could see where the brushes NEVER touched the back end.The front was just as bad, and I still had bird droppings on the car. After using their car wash for just a wash one time, I was billed $42.79 a month after that which I never approved. Luckily I caught it on my credit card right away. I tried calling the car wash but wrong number is listed. I found another number but no answer and then clicked on the prompt to speak to someone in customer service . Worse Car Wash ever here especially Palm Coast Florida Here are the Facts, their careless staff improperly loaded my near new Toyota Tundra pickup on their track system back in December causing it to derail crashing inside the tunnel. It shut down their car wash. They took absolutely no responsibility for their their actions. Management stated, we have no insurance. Then, denied my claim of my insurance deductible of $500 and my loss of value on my truck in the amount of $2000. Truck repaired thanks to Geico repairing the fender, running boards and replacement of a brand new custom wheel. Consumers beware Mister Car Wash is very unethical and careless. I was a loyal unlimited club member but they burned me and denied my claim for reimbursement even through BBB of AZ where their home office is. Again not rant just facts. read more

about a month ago, I was pulling through the car wash and as I pulled out, I noticed a crack in my windshield. I immediately pulled over and notified management and they took a minuscule report and told me that they will get back with me. Had to call them back and they told me they weren't responsible for a cracked windshield. I can understand for things that you add on to your car but not something that's actually part of the car what a joke this place is. . It's no wonder they're getting so many terrible reviews. I'll never spend another dime there. If they screw up your car, they're gonna try to find a way not to take care of it. I drove to the car wash today after work and they were closed early. The hours online say they are open till 7PM. I was there at 6:20PM and they were already closed... I should also mention that every time I go there something is broken. Either a vacuum is not working or the sprayer to dust off my dashboard doesn't work. They keep on raising their rates, but they need to do a better job if they are going to justify $20 a month. Nevertheless, have plans that go up to over $30 a month. I used to have the $30 amount planned.But I canceled it because the tire shine only works half the time. read more

Mister Carwash is a complete ripoff. I paid for the "Platinum" wash, which lasted less than two minutes. The windshield was still dirty, and so were the wheels. Maybe because I didn't tip the guy for pushing the wash button for me. The "free" vacuums had no suction, the stalls were all full and everyone was experiencing the suction issue.
