All I can say is it has been sincerely a great pleasure doing business with Michael! He is incredibly detail-oriented! He possesses the perfect skills/qualities that are needed for this type of business! What I really appreciated about him and his co-worker, Siri, was their honesty. You can tell when somebody is BSing just to try to make a sale. But they answered all of my questions truthfully and without being pushy. How do I know they were being truthful you might ask. Well I asked them specific questions that I already knew the answers to and wanted to see if they were going to be truthful. It was my first time meeting and they now have earned my trust. My car looks absolutely amazing! I was genuinely surprised. Exceeds expectations! My neighbors even stepped outside to check out the car out. The ceramic coating is a game changer especially is done by the right people. Michael was very punctual. Fair price for the job and type of car. And above all, WORLD-CLASS QUALITY WORK! When I finally got to my car it wasn't even cleaned properly and I was charged extra because it had bugs on the front. I don't know if this was because I said my company was going to take care of it due to the overspray (but left out it is my families company) and we did not estimate $400 for a detail.
