The strangest Mister Car Wash that I have visited. First, it is very small. And when you drive in it looks like you are driving into an empty building. Did it clean my car? Yes, but it wasn't very dirty. The tires weren't as clean as the one in Apple Valley. read more

This place used to be so cool. It used to have a shop inside and you got out and they sent the car through for you and vacuumed for you then waved you in when it was done. A little squirt gun so kids could spray soap on the cars at the viewing window. Now NONE of that exists. You pay a ton of money to sit in your car the whole time and not get the interior done at all. I was so sad at how much this place changed. Now it's not worth the price tag when it used to be. read more

I went through the car wash today and after getting about halfway through it I noticed that my rear window wiper blade had come off. I drove back around to the entrance and informed an employee. I fully expected them to tell me that it was just something that happened and there wasn't anything they could do about it. But no, they informed the manager and went in after it. After a few minutes, he came out with the blade and even put it back on my car! That's some great customer service and I really appreciate it! read more

This was the worst Went in for a good cleaning. Told them I am selling the car, please do a good job. They waved and said car was done I drove off. I got 3 blocks and noticed they did not vacuum the passenger seat, back seat, and did not do floor mats. They were awful. I went back only to hear how sorry they are. The windows were not cleaned well, and the wash seemed mediocre at best. I left and went to a do it your self car wash and did right. I am posting this because they promised me it would be done right! BS! I spent $35.67 total and could not be more disappointed. My advice, stay away from here and do it yourself! Update, went back to take advantage of the premium service 4 day rule. If you purchase a wash for $35.67 and it rains or snows in those four days you can take it back for a quick wash, no perks. I did this, however it was five days so they refused to do it, really? The manager came over and asked him if he would run me through even though I was a day late, he agreed. This earns them another star on my rating. I will use them again and re-rate them accordingly. read more

Horrible experience. I paid $35 to have them clean the interior and exterior of my car, and I ended up doing half the work - as the customer! My cars exterior was SOAKING wet when they said it was "done". I asked the man to wipe down my doors, the bottoms of the doors and frames, my trunk, my hood, my grill and ground effects. All while he was annoyed and shocked I was asking him to do so. My tires and wheels were soaking wet as I left and they never once used the air pressure hoses on any part of my car, so the moment I drove off, water was dripping all over my car leaving spots. I spent 10 minutes at home drying my car and removing water spots. Seriously the worst car wash I've ever been to. Don't waste your money; wash your own car with a garden hose in your driveway, you'll have a better outcome. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I paid for a full service car wash and there are crumbs in my vehicle and dog hair in the back seat. Im very disappointed in the the quality of work. It's really a guessing game whether or not you will get decent service there. I had decent service 1 of the last 4 times I was there. read more

So the drive through car wash is ok. The employees are pleasant. But why bother having posted hours if you don't follow them? I don't like wasting my time driving past other car washes to get to this one...only to see they're closed when they advertise that they're open. Twice now I have come by after 7::30 am on a weekday to find them closed. How hard would it be to have a voicemail recording that lists the ACTUAL opening/closing time? read more

I paid $99 plus tax for a "bumper-to-Bumper" detailing on a smart car after a 1,000-mike drive across the country with 2 cats. When they were finished there was still grime on the wheels, circles on the windshield from the GPS suction mount, bug juice on the front bumper, water spots on the mirror, food on the floor by the driver's seat, and sand in the carpet in the cargo area. The employees were all cussing and complaining about their jobs. I think I'll go buy a bucket, sponge, and sprayer and do it myself next time. read more

I paid $38 for the top clean and It was the biggest waist of money ever! The people cleaning the car where laughing messing around and did a TERRIABLE job!!! Been coming here for years with nothing but good things to say but today I went there and they turned me away. Even though nothing has changed with my pickup or their wash they said because I have a brush guard, I can't go through. Well you've lost a good customer today, I always spent at least 45 dollars everytime I went there. I would shampoo carpets, have leather treatment done and even services my vehicles there. Car wash was fine, but I had bought a coupon book from them sometime ago when it was under different ownership. It was called Simoniz then. (Do they still have the Simonize name?) There is no expiration date on the tickets, but they would not honor them. So I'm just out $40.00! Even if it is under new ownership, they should honor what people have paid for! What would it cost them to do the right thing and keep some former customers happy? I hope they reply to this, and say "Come on in. We appreciate your patronage and will honor the tickets." Do that and I will be a faithful customer for years! It always pays to do the right thing. read more

Paid $32 today for best wash, they just wiped it down like every other wash. As I was finishing it, two "Supervisors" walked by. I asked them about, one just scooted away, the other said "What do you want me to do?" I'm DONE! read more

Horrible experience. It took them 23 minutes from the time my car entered the bays until it was called out to be finished, and even then they missed a ton of things. There were water spots all over the car (even though it had been towel-dried), the interior looked no different than it had before the wash, there was junk all over underneath the seats, ON the seats, and to top it all off they installed my drivers' side floor mat backwards (not an easy thing to do, it only fits properly ONE way). The greet at the entrance was friendly, but when I was let into my car at the end, there was no smile, no thank you, no closing the door after me, NOTHING. I will never, ever recommend this wash to anyone, it seems that they have quite a bit of work to do in the customer satisfaction department before they will ever see me again. read more
