I just hired Mister Natural to clean my air ducts and my dryer vents before I move out of state and rent my place out. First, I emphatically asked if the service they are charging me for was a deep brush cleaning and the woman I made the appointment through assured me twice that in fact they do use the deep brush cleaning method. They did not use a deep brush. They used an air compressor to simply blow in through the vents and eventually out at the intake and outflow vents. They messed with my thermostat and furnace and the a/c would not shut off after they left. I had to manually shut the a/c down and call a service tech to come out the next day to do a repair that was basically due to the negligence of the Mister Natural person messing around with my thermostat and not setting it back the way it was before he left. I ended up shelling out $175 out of pocket for this stupid repair. Mister Natural has no email address to which to forward a bill to. Now for the dryer vent cleaning. My dryer will not by default dry any clothes due to a meter reading indicating that my vents are at a 95% blockage. The Mister Natural service tech said he couldn't pull my unit out to get to the vent because the w/d unit is stacked. So he cleaned my vent from the roof of the building and said it should be fine. We still have a reading on the dryer stating that we are at 95% blockage and I cannot use my dryer. This all cost me well over $300, plus the $175 I had to pay for a service call on my a/c. I am a member of the condo board at my association. We use Mister Natural almost every year to clean our dryer vents. I will be strongly urging the board to find another vendor. read more

Mister Natural does something right in their training - every employee I've interacted with has been kind, friendly, and genuine. My condo association had their crew out to clean out dryer vents, and the service was prompt and courteous. When I had an issue a couple weeks later with the dryer hose they had installed, I was dreading calling and complaining, since you never know what kind of response you'll get to a complaint. But they were great - asked a lot of questions on the phone to be sure they were prepared, sent the repair team out at my convenience, fixed the problem quickly, and apologized. I felt valued and respected. And bonus points because all of the service people were really nice to my cat. :) read more

I called Air Duct for an estimate. They were very reasonable on pricing. I didn't have to wait forever. They were right on with the timing and I didn't have to waste a full day waiting for them. The technicians were amazing. Jorge and Christian did a great job. They were very pleasant, efficient and even showed me the difference on before and after video. I couldn't believe how much dirt and toxins we were breathing in. But the guys were very nice and even seemed happy to be doing their jobs. I am very satisfied. Mr. Natural was supposed to clean our dryer vents from the outside - for the entire complex, for which we owners paid. THEY DID NOT CLEAN ALL THE UNITS. They skipped cleaning ENTIRE BUILDINGS & this job was prescheduled & paid for. I saw the techs skip our 6 unit building & never return. I called the company to verify the schedule and first got a true idiot on the phone who didn't know the word "schedule". I TRIED to find out the owner's name to ask him, but they would not give that to me until I had to almost threaten with the BBB. I asked WHEN will they be cleaning our dryer vents. From Abraham, all I received was EXTREME BELLIGERENCE, THREATS, talking over me & NO ANSWERS. I had asked SIMPLE QUESTIONS about schedule, timing etc. The techs said they did it, but I saw them the entire day since I was in my garden & saw them skip our building. THEY LIED. Then a girl at the company said they DID skip it, but would give me NO ANSWERs IF it would actually get done - tho we paid for it. Abraham then called our Prop Manager to LIE about me harrassing their workers. Their workers DID NOT WORK & neither did Abraham!! Three of my neighbors have now verified that no workers EVER showed up to our building. They clearly skipped it to lessen their workload & I SAW IT!! Abraham insulted me at EVERY TURN & finally said "they'll get to it when they get to it" - only because I threatened to complain to the BBB. You can't trust this company & their owner has NO RESPECT for women or lets women speak to express their concerns. THEY DID NO WORK, then threatened me!! read more

This company was contracted by my association to clean dryer vents in my neighborhood. Since I clean my own dryer vent regularly (the dryer vent is only 6" long as my dryer vents directly out the wall) I did not need the service, but my association was requiring an e-mail from them stating that it was clean. Despite the fact that they were going to be in the neighborhood already, they wanted to charge me $78 for an e-mail. read more

I don't know what happen to this company. I've had them come out before with no issues. In fact was happy to recommend them to friends but no more. Last week, I had an appt for carpet cleaning they called 20 minutes before the window of time was up they gave and said they would be late I had to cancel. I should have done the same for the vent cleaning today when they were late. It was a disaster!! They were half an hour late to show for the 11-2 window they gave me. They made a complete mess cleaning out the vent in my home office and kitchen! The dust is still swirling around and the excuse the techs gave was they didn't think it would be this dusty to have to use their other vacuum. I had to tell them to stop what they're doing and figure it out! They went out to clean the dryer vent and things were just floating around my yard!! I went out to talk to them, I said I have a dog and my neighbor has dogs they can't eat this stuff oh yeah we'll pick it up. At this point I called the company she put me though to the manager who said they would have them clean it up that it was probably the filter blow back meanwhile I still have a messy house. Not to mention the electronics in my home office are covered in dust! He offered to hire a janitorial service but I declined, the last thing I want to do is waste more time with this company. The process of scheduling and getting your carpets cleaned is about as fun as getting a new picture on your license. The wait isn't fun, the people around you generally aren't happy, and you only *hope* the result is at least a step up from the previous situation. We have a 13 year old dog. Who is a jerk. But we love him. He also has kidney issues. And cancer. So, he has had his fair share of accidents in the house, some being in my carpeted office that also (assumably) housed the previous homeowners' dog. My office has been pulling double duty as workplace and occasional canine latrine. Our carpets were in desperate need of a good cleaning. Thus, I submitted a quote request on Mister Natural's website and one day later chatted with a service rep and scheduled my appointment. My quote, with 11% off as a new customer (odd discount, but I'll take it), came out at $114, which seemed more than reasonable for two rooms (I estimated the square footage), a hallway, stairs, and deodorizer for my office. The two man crew was friendly and showed up exactly on time and got right to work. I had already moved all the furniture so their job went much quicker than expected. One hour later my office smells so fresh and clean and the carpets look damn good. So, a great overall experience, you say, why not 5 stars? Well, while my over the phone quote was $114, yet the actual total ended up $150. I am more than fine with the price considering the service, but that's a big discrepancy from quote to actual (30%+ increase). Our rep Max couldn't pinpoint the reason why the actual was so much more than the quote, either. Overall, though, Mister Natural turned my office canine toilet into an office again, I am eternally grateful. Pro tip: They take credit cards! read more

They are so 'BIG' they do not care about making sure the 'little guy' is happy. I sent an email, called, got one (1) return call, an annoyed call from the owner. Called him back and heard nothing else. What they did not know, is that while this job was for me personally, I managed a few hundred properties at that time. They were prompt, courteous, did a fine job, but there was an unresolved issue that cost me additional money later, and cost THEM alot. Meh. 2 nice techs came to try to clean vents in my condo building. They were given a miserable job today because no one from our HOA management company was with them to show them where the outside vents were located. I originally left a harsh review but changed it once I understood that the management company was the cog in the middle. Not having anyone from Heil & Heil here today to direct them made this project way more time consuming. This is a 4 striped bldg & they will now have to come back with a lift yo clean out the vents on the outside. The 2 techs did a great job under great pressure. read more

When or if you call for a quote make sure you are definitive with your request. I called for a quote and they said it would be $X, the when the technicians showed up they said, "Oh this isn't what we thought it is not $X, its $50 more. The office said it was miscommunication by the person who quoted me. I would rather say it was bait and switch. This is typical of many cleaning companies and this another example of how they make more money after you waited a week for them to show up and they hope you give in. read more

I dropped off area rugs to be cleaned because of COVID, I'm not comfortable with people in my house & when I dropped off the rugs the first thing I noticed was no sign on the door saying masks are required & when going into the building only one employee had a mask on. While waiting for the paperwork to be filled out I saw at least 7 people in the office & nobody was wearing masks which I feel is very irresponsible especially when they have customers coming in & out of their office. We have used Mr Natural many times over the years & as a company for carpet cleaning etc we have always been very happy with their work, but with COVID at an all time high & nobody inside wearing masks again is very irresponsible. read more

I would give it a zero if I could. Our condo association booked these guys for dryer vent cleaning. Figured I was ask them to do regular duct cleaning as well to save some labour and time since the techs are already here. Range was outline about $164 to $215, depending on number of vents. Sounds reasonable right?! WRONG. Once the techs are here they told me there would be a $100 fee to connect to the furnace. I asked if that's optional and don't want it, the manager on the phone told me it is necessary to complete the work. Then why would you not tell the customer that upfront this is totally misleading and bad business practice. The manager also said that they have to charge me for parking because they are in the city - isn't that just cost of delivering a service?! And this is a cost they would have already incurred to do the other job my association commissioned them to do. Last time I used a Groupon (and we all know how Groupon services can turn out sometime) didn't even nickel and dime me like this. The manager asked the owner to correct this issue and the response was they will charge me as is. The owner, didn't even bother getting on the phone... I can only imagine what kind of a jerk he is when one of your employees brings attention to a very disappointed customer! Well you get my money this one time but I have already sent a letter to my property management company recommending NEVER to use you again nor for the other properties that they manage. read more

We were using their services since many years and now we had bad experience and it's not delivered they promised. Owner promised to come with camera but never showed up. I feel guys cheated and did not clean what they were saying and of course when asked they said they opened the vent and cleaned but Complete liars. Be very careful with this company! Poor follow up on mold removal! So we need to retest that the mold was completely removed after they "guaranteed" that the mold was removed apparently only by word of mouth. Unfortunately, they didn't put this in writing and now that I'm selling my condo, I have to perform retesting according to our broker. Complicating the matter is we are trying to contact this company to clarify all the steps that they did, whether they guarantee they provided mold removal, and what will happen if the mold removal upon retesting is not complete. It has been over a week, with repeated calling and voice mails, and still no reply. Poor business practice. We hope future clients will be wary with this company. read more

They came in time, they measured so they could charge exact amount,they moved funiture, and were very polite. The result was fantastic. It looked almost like new carpeting. so recently I set an appointment... a week later when the carpet cleaning was suppose to be performed... crickets!!! No call, no show. I called in the afternoon to see where the technician was and nobody answered, had to leave a msg. The next morning my return call came & I asked what happened with my missed appointment... the customer service agent didn't have a clue... didn't even have me in her system. She said she'll work with me and give me a discount of 25% for my troubles.... My original quote was $93.00 .... she told me they can get back out to me in another week & my new charges would be $83.00 when I said that doesn't seem right.. 25%, her response was... "the pricing went up since you last called, this is your new adjusted price". So the 5 hrs + that I waited for the cleaners to come valued my time at $2.00 per hr... totally unprofessional. And honestly, I'm a fair person, I understand mistakes are made, but this was just insulting to me as a consumer & just a waste of my time. If I was a small business owner, I would do everything I could to rectify the situation, not take advantage of a customers time & pocket book!!! I will NEVER contact them again nor recommend them to anyone I know. read more

We've worked with Mister Natural on two occasions and both were quite satisfactory. First, they were contracted by our HOA to repair some water damage in our condo caused by leaks on exterior joins. They dealt with all the dry-out of the room, replaced drywall, and re-carpeted, and were very easy to work with and quick to respond, as one needs in a situation like this one. We were so pleased with them that we worked with them a second time, six months later, to replace carpet in the rest of our condo, so that all the carpet was new and uniform. They did a good job on this install but left a lot of carpet fibers (which some installers do better at cleaning up), and initially forgot to carpet one closet area that we had paid for. They returned to carpet that area and were very nice about it. Overall we were quite pleased with the results. Mister Natural exists to be a one-stop remediation services; we trusted them fully and they lived up to all our needs and expectations. Recently had my balcony powerwashed by this company. My homeowners association set it up for a Saturday morning at 8 a.m. I advised them that I work overnights and would not be home. Said no problem everything is done from outside. So imagine my surprise when I arrived home at 0830 to find a man in my living room. One of the workers had opened my patio door and walked in. When I confronted him and asked him why he was in my apartment he said I was told no one would be home??????????so that gives someone the right to just walk in. I had electronics sitting on my dining room table. Had I not walked in at that moments would they have been missing? Why was he in my unit???? Needless to say I am very upset with this whole situation. What makes it worse is that the company has not responded for an explanation. The management company reached out for an explanation and to date no response. Next move is to file a police report for breaking and entering. Maybe then I will get a response. read more

i used this company for more than 10 years for carpet cleaning. Then I had water damage in my basement and the quote was ridiculously out of line. They do that so they can overcharge insurance companies. Most recently my senior mother had a little water flood from the washing machine that covered a 3 x 6 area and the quote was $800!!! i spoke to the owner and i can't believe how rude he was. I guess they are too big now and don't care about their local residents. read more
