So I want to keep this short, respectful and honest. Today after several months my family and I decided to check it out. We ordered takeout. In short, pasta was overcooked and I wonder if next time I can ask for al dente. The princess and Alfredo sauces definitely could've been thicker and creamier in my honest opinion. The robust red sauce tasted very homemade which was nice. The onions were undercooked and crunchy like they were meant for a salad. The corn was barely there. The mushrooms were perfect but barely there. The peas tasted and felt canned but it's okay. The garlic knot tasted like a sweet bread roll. Definitely was missing the garlic and olive oil. It wasn't bad, but just not what we expected. Overall, the concept is fantastic! I just hope I don't get shunned or attacked for the feedback but I feel if they make some of these changes they will totally rank up. read more

If you have mobility issues or a bad back, it may be easier to grab your food to go, but don't let that stop you from trying this place because the pasta bowls are so worth it. We tried two bowls -- one with the sweet red sauce and one with the spicy red sauce -- and both were absolutely delicious. For protein, we added chicken and shrimp. The shrimp are on the smaller side, so you might not notice them at first, but they were still flavorful and paired well with the dish. Everything was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. I love the dressing. I had a sandwich last time the Italian submarine which was good, but I should've asked for the dressing to be on the side because it made it sweet other than that really no complaints but that they greet you wouldn't come in and be a little bit more friendly. The spaghetti noodles were delicious and cooked perfect. The red sauce was phenomenal and the best I've had in a long time.. I'm not trying to be mean, but this place is not good. Mr. Pasta supposedly offers a unique concept where customers can build their own pasta bowls with over 6,000 combinations, along with sandwiches, signature bowls, and a Cannoli Bar. While true, it's the food and the service that are disappointingly subpar. When we came in were weren't greeted or even acknowledged by any one of the 5 people behind the counter. When I asked the young lady at the register to describe the menu, she struggled as if it was her first day. Later, when we tried to get a bag for our to-go tiramisu (not terrible), the two who'd been having the longest not-work-related conversation looked dumbfounded and went to the other menu-unaware co-worker until they realized they could just take a bag and hand it to me. The ambiance was cluttered and kitschy, and although they have indoor seating, the dining area is no frills, but doesn't invite you to stay at all. The room is hot, obviously because of all of the "cooking" going on behind the counter, but air conditioning seemed to be absent that evening. There was no music to create any sense of ambiance, so I listened to the aforementioned longest not-work-related conversation while we waited for our stuffed cannelloni, fettuccini with Bolognese, spaghetti alfredo with bacon, and penne alfredo with salmon. The pasta for the dishes we ordered was over cooked. I mean, mushy unsalted pasta. Disgusting. For a place that boasts it makes fresh pasta every day, our noodles (fettuccini, spaghetti, penne) were not made to order and it shows. Pasta should be served "al dente", so this was a major issue. I had linguine with their "Bolognese sauce" which was thin and bland and flavorless. Paid extra for that. The sun-dried tomatoes in our dishes were not rehydrated, making them chewy and gross. My son had seafood stuffed cannelloni dinner, which was cold in the middle. My wife's salmon was overdone. I ordered the "Arancini balls" which were a miniature size compared to proper Arancini, but somehow despite the small size, they were also cold in the middle. Blame the cook? We paid over $100 for the food, which is a mistake I will never make again. It's not even what we ordered; I could tell all they way around that this is a place that should be avoided. Seriously, I could have paid THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY at Carrabba's and thought I was in actual Italy compared to what I purchased from Mr. Pasta. TLDR: Just don't. I honestly was hoping for a better experience at Mister Pasta. I ordered a meatball parmesan hero with extra mozzarella cheese and a white chocolate crusted pistachio cannoli. As they prepared my food I watched and observed the other happenings taking place. There was a tall guy with a baseball cap working what I would call the front prep station. He was getting instructions from one of the female managers how to run that area. He begins to do what she asks then all of a sudden he wipes his nose with the back of his finger. He didn't bother to change his gloves and resumed preparing someone's food. This is disgusting at best. I know some people just do things on impulse without paying attention but he was right up front for all to see not in the back where he could have gotten away with it. At that point I was hoping whoever was making my hero was cleaner than this guy. When I got my $15 meatball hero I was disappointed looking at it because I asked for extra cheese and was charged $1.99 for it however my hero didn't reflect what I paid for. The meatball hero was good and the bread was soft too. The best part was the Cannoli. I may or may not return because this was there soft opening week when I went. Hopefully the management will inform their servers to be cognizant of sanitation protocols while serving food. Change food service gloves after every meal prep or after touching their nose or hair or anything that shouldn't be touched while handling the food. We waited and waited for someone to come take our order, watching other tables get attention while we sat there wondering if anyone even knew we were there. When a staff member finally came over, the interaction felt rushed and uninterested, as if helping customers was the last thing they wanted to be doing. Even after ordering, the wait for our food felt endless. Time seemed to drag on while we sat there hungry and annoyed, wondering how it could possibly take so long just to prepare pasta. Unfortunately, the food itself was even more disappointing than the wait. When the pasta finally arrived, it was barely warm and looked unappetizing. Pasta is supposed to be comforting and full of flavor, but this dish tasted shockingly bland. The noodles were overcooked to the point of being mushy, and the sauce tasted thin and flavorless, almost like it had been watered down. Every bite was more disappointing than the last. It honestly felt like something you could make at home in a rush, not something you would expect to pay for at a restaurant that focuses entirely on pasta. To make matters worse, the portion sizes didn't match the prices at all. Paying that much for food that tasted so plain felt incredibly frustrating. When you go out to eat, you expect the meal to feel worth it, but this felt like a complete waste. Instead of leaving satisfied, we were left feeling like we had paid too much for food that barely had any flavor at all. The atmosphere of the restaurant didn't help the experience either. The dining area felt messy and poorly maintained. Some tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly, and the overall environment just didn't feel welcoming. A good restaurant should make you feel comfortable and excited to enjoy your meal, but here it felt more like a place you wanted to leave as quickly as possible. By the end of the visit, I felt more frustrated than anything else. Between the extremely slow service, bland and poorly prepared food, and an atmosphere that didn't feel clean or inviting, Mister Pasta managed to turn what should have been a nice meal into a very disappointing experience. With so many great places to eat, there is simply no reason to settle for something this underwhelming.
