    Lineage no olives, add tomato
    Lauri T.

This place has some of the BEST pizza and especially for the price! One of my favorite go to's, when craving pizza. I always get the lineage, no olives. But this time I added tomatoes-BUSSIN!!! They also have good salads. Wish they would add cucumbers to the menu. But other than that, I love this place. Staff is always friendly and helpful when eating in.

I have mixed feelings about this place, the guy who fixed our food when we walked in acted as if we were bothering him. He seems annoyed by us, I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but I really wish he didn't take it out on customers. The young lady that worked there was very sweet & kind, I loved her. We had an ok experience here. The pizza was cooked very fast. I love that the kids pizza comes with a drink and gelato. Overall an ok experience, the pizza was ok, the service was hot and cold as stated above.

I tried out your pie pizza for the first time a couple weeks ago with my boyfriend because I needed to go somewhere that had a vegan cheese option which is very few and far in the area. I ordered a custom pizza with vegan cheese and it was delicious! I usually ordered from mellow mushroom but this is my new favorite pizza spot in the area. My boyfriend was also very satisfied with his pizza and it was a smooth pick up process. I returned for a second time today to do a curbside order and the service was great! I made a mistake in my order and the employees were very patient in fixing it to what I meant to place. I will be back!

I had been going to yourpie since they started. Loved when the original ladies were there....it was so good. Came back after about a year....environment is different, but restaurants go through changes.

We typically have a decent experience here. The kids are usually offered dough to play with while we wait for our food. They weren't offered any dough this time, which is fine because my kids usually decline it. We ordered a 14 inch and 2 kids meals. When we got the 14 inch it was just plain cold. We asked that they reheat it, which they did. Service was very nice and the server was apologetic about it. But we never got the kids' pizzas. We asked about them and the server again was apologetic about it and said they were very busy. We finally got them about 45 minutes after we ordered. The cheese pizza was fine. The pepperoni pizza was also cold. Usually the pizzas are so hot that we burn our mouths and compare cheese pulls. Today there were no cheese pulls. The pizzas weren't even warm. They were room temperature/kind of cold. All the flavors were great and the kids loved their gelato. I really appreciate the Free Gelato day. Today was disappointing for our food. Maybe we'll try another day when it's not Sunday lunch hour. But that day won't be for a while .

Delicious pizza thin crust cooked perfectly. This is a great spot to bring the kiddos the pizzas are customizable for anyone and they get a sweet treat with there meals. The gelatos they have are so creamy and packed with flavor. My go to is the Buffalo chicken pizza but I add the works and it's no extra cost. Love this place

Pie goodness is always something that one can enjoy even more so when they have it made in front of them! Coming here was a random night of our goodness as I had never been here before but what I found was a scrumptious pie and a delicious wheat crust! Of their abundance of toppings I totally went with a wheat crust with regular marinara sauce some fresh mozzarella with pepperoni onions and jalapeños making for one delicious pie! The pie was totally yummy and eveey flavorful the whole experience ordering it was easy and fun like they totally have a good thing going here! Overall this was a yummy pie and a super fun time who knows if I'll get back here again but it's definitely a possibility at some point!

We ordered their pizzas for delivery These are personal size pizzas They have lots of choices for topping We wanted to give their cauliflower crust a try One time it was a bit soggy The other it was nice and crispy Pineapple on their pizzas is the canned stuff nothing special on the other. Hand the tomatoes were quite tasty Pies are about 15 bucks Not bad We will eat their pies again

I've been a loyal customer of Frankie's Deli since they opened. I typically order the chicken salad…read moreor a sandwich, and I also place large catering orders for my customers because they genuinely enjoy the food. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won't be returning. I stopped in around 3:00 p.m. and was happy to see it wasn't busy. I went to the deli counter, waited for someone to serve me, ordered my chicken salad, grabbed a soda and chips, and headed to the open register. As I walked up, the cashier called another customer over ahead of me. I waited while he spent several minutes deciding whether to pay cash or by card because of the 4% card fee. I continued standing there with my three items, to the point that I actually set them down and debated walking out. Then, instead of helping me, the cashier motioned for an entire family to come to the registereven though I had been standing there waiting before they arrived. After that, she waved over another customer, and I had to wait while a mother and her two teenagers decided which desserts they wanted. Again, I stood there patiently. When it was finally my turn, there was no greeting, no "thank you for waiting," nothing. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pickup order?" I said no. She then motioned for my chicken salad container, saying she needed it. I placed it on the scale and set my other items on the counter. The cashier then asked, "Are you okay?" I simply shook my head because, honestly, I wasn't. Instead of recognizing why I was frustrated, she continued talking, making comments, and escalating the interaction rather than simply ringing me up. At that point, I asked, "Do you want to argue? Do you want me to go back and forth with you?" I then asked who the manager was. She pointed to a woman beside her, who identified herself as the owner. I asked if she could ring me up instead. Even then, the cashier continued making comments. It was only after she continued engaging me that my voice became louder in response. Rather than addressing the repeated comments from her employee or asking what had happened, the owner immediately said, "Do not raise your voice at my employee." That response was disappointing. There was no concern for the customer experience, no apology for repeatedly being skipped in line, and no attempt to resolve the situation. There was also no acknowledgment that the interaction had been escalated by the cashier's continued remarks before I ever raised my voice. The irony is that I have spent a significant amount of money catering from Frankie's Deli over the years because my customers love the food. Good food will bring people in once. Great customer service keeps them coming back. Sadly, this experience ended that relationship for me. There are plenty of places with great food, but respect and customer service matter just as much. One final thought: this is Florida not NY. Hospitality goes a long way. The aggressive, dismissive attitude I experienced isn't what I expect when supporting a local business. I won't be back.

MAKE A RESERVATION....You will need it…read more Piccola is a very small place. A few tables. And you need the reservation to get in as people do go all the time. The chef is the owner and even takes the order. The assistant cleans, and serves and handles the rest. Like stepping into an Italian family kitchen to see what is on the table for the night. And with the special menu of the evening, it is like you are stepping into the kitchen. With a reservation for 6 we were lucky to have the table. It is a BYOB so bring what you might want to go with the meals. A red wine is a good idea. As for the specials, it was varied. There are many options to have that are not on the menu. Even that is small. The chef does tell you what was the specials. He answers the questions and does describe what he is thinking. For 6 of us this gave us good options. Several were ordered, and some traditional was selected. We started with appetizers. Tomatoes and mozzarella was always a way to start. Classic. Mixed with a green salad and some extra cheese it is a good way to go. Garlic bread was a complement. We also had the rice balls stuffed with a small meatball combo. This is typical in certain regions of Italy, and each are different. It had a special sauce to top it and more bread. The sauce was good enough as a dipping sauce for the bread without the rice ball. As we ate the apps we drank the wines. Truly typical for an Italian meal. When the entrees came out it was time to shift things around. These entrees were a good size and freshly cooked. You can see the chef in the kitchen cooking each meal. This is a home kitchen. We had a few specials. One was the duck on the couscous. With the frech sauce and herbs it was amazing. It is not how you expect to have duck. It was definitely not Chinese. This was a fresh duck cooked and aged so that the flavor was ideal. The portion was large and the aroma amazing. Also had to have a very traditional pasta carbonara - pasta mixed in a garlic cream sauce with onions and pieces of bacon. A bit of peper and grated cheese helps. It is an old simple idea what what is always made in a family. There was also pasta bolognese, and even a pasta with sliced rib steak in a mushroom cream sauce. Very different. Once the meal was finished had to have espresso and dessert. The espresso was made the old way in a pot I still have on a the shelf and use. As for the dessert, we did have a lemon cake and a cake made with pistachio that was ground and had flavor that was not expected as a cream in a cake. It was exceptional. As the waitress mentioned, these cakes come from a bakery in Italy and are delivered. The taste and sweetness are typical of Italy and not of the US. Very Italian. The food is great. It is fresh, tasty, has a flavor and style that is unique to the chef. He can make a great meal that you will enjoy. It is typical but with a twist. The portions are a good size. The price is perfect. Bring your own wine and step inside. It is like being in someone;s kitchen. And make that reservation!
