I finally had a chance to try this restaurant and I'm glad I did! I was really craving pizza, but wanted a vegan option. Not many places offer this, but thankfully they did. I decided to order the build your own pizza. They allow you to choose from a few dough, options, and multiple sauces, cheese options, and abundant amount of vegetables, as well as meats. I ordered my pizza with marinara and pesto sauce, vegan cheese, a variety of vegetables, and the vegan meat option which I was told was made out of mushroom and tofu. I have mixed feelings about this place, the guy who fixed our food when we walked in acted as if we were bothering him. I tried out your pie pizza for the first time a couple weeks ago with my boyfriend because I needed to go somewhere that had a vegan cheese option which is very few and far in the area. I ordered a custom pizza with vegan cheese and it was delicious! I usually ordered from mellow mushroom but this is my new favorite pizza spot in the area. My boyfriend was also very satisfied with his pizza and it was a smooth pick up process. I returned for a second time today to do a curbside order and the service was great! This used to be my favorite restaurant, and I ate here 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately, the customer service has become terrible. Every visit lately has been ruined by Krissette attitude. It's disappointing to see how one employee can ruin an experience and treat customers so poorly over simple requests. We typically have a decent experience here. The kids are usually offered dough to play with while we wait for our food. They weren't offered any dough this time, which is fine because my kids usually decline it. We ordered a 14 inch and 2 kids meals. When we got the 14 inch it was just plain cold. We asked that they reheat it, which they did. Service was very nice and the server was apologetic about it. But we never got the kids' pizzas. We asked about them and the server again was apologetic about it and said they were very busy. We finally got them about 45 minutes after we ordered. The cheese pizza was fine. The pepperoni pizza was also cold. Usually the pizzas are so hot that we burn our mouths and compare cheese pulls. Today there were no cheese pulls. The pizzas weren't even warm. They were room temperature/kind of cold. All the flavors were great and the kids loved their gelato. I really appreciate the Free Gelato day. Today was disappointing for our food. No cleanliness gloves change after the 2 girls switched positions in my presence. The 2 guys on duty 1 being the manager Harrison needs training. Pie goodness is always something that one can enjoy even more so when they have it made in front of them! Coming here was a random night of our goodness as I had never been here before but what I found was a scrumptious pie and a delicious wheat crust! Of their abundance of toppings I totally went with a wheat crust with regular marinara sauce some fresh mozzarella with pepperoni onions and jalapeños making for one delicious pie! The pie was totally yummy and eveey flavorful the whole experience ordering it was easy and fun like they totally have a good thing going here! You select the type of crust you want (hand tossed in front of you) including gluten free options. You proceed down the line and completely customize your pizza with sauce, cheeses, veggies, meats, and spices at no additional charge. You can't beat that! It's then placed in their woodfire oven and quickly comes out to enjoy! Pasta, panini, and salad options available. Great stop for kids too, as they get a scoop of ice cream and drink included with their meal. I'll be back to try out some different toppings for sure. I like the new concept of this place. This is a place I going to revisit. This first pick your own ingredients pizza place. It is build your own. First choose the dough. You can have white, wheat, gluten free or Keto friendly crust. I am going for the wheat dough. The guy who made it very skill. He stretched and throws to the air spinning with further stretching to thin crust. It is a show. Then you chose your sauce. You don't need to choose one sauce. I got the extra virgin olive oil then ask them to add the basil pesto. This is the first time I see pizza using basil pesto sauce. Unique. Next step is type of cheese. I am going to mozzarellas. Then the veggies, I pick the mushroom, sundry tomatoes, minced garlic, basil leaves, jalapeño and olive. First time also I see pizza add garlic. Then the meat. I got the sausage, pepperoni, meat ball, salami. That complete my master piece. I also ask them to top with balsamic drizzle. Love it. I don't eat a lot of pizza. But I would recommend this pizza. Only had one pizza from here so far, it was one of their specialty limited time pizzas I believe, the hot honey pepperoni pizza. It was excellent, the flavors were perfect, it wasn't as filling as a thick pizza but was very tasty and still got the job done. Some pizzas fill me in one slice summit takes three slices, haha. It's going to be very difficult for me to stay away from this place. It's fresh, and dare I say that it's a healthier pizza? You choose your own toppings so it can be whatever you want it to be (healthy or indulgent). This is your pie! You start by selecting white, wheat, or gluten free crust. They make the pizza in front of you. I chose the Ischia which I could have modified by adding or removing toppings. I wanted something light and it was exactly what I had in mind. The crust is thin and crispy. It was simple yet delicious. I split this little 10 inch pizza with my mother. She loved it, and thought it was the perfect size. We also split the larger order of the caprese salad. They asked if I wanted it chopped. Sure, why not? It looked amazing when I received it! The only negative was that they forgot to add the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I didn't realize it until I was already at mom's house. It was just olive oil. It still tasted good, but next time I'd like to try it with the dressing. While I was waiting for my pizza, I noticed that they have a little bar area with taps. I think about 6 different taps. I can't remember the exact number. They also have gelato and brownies. As others have mentioned, there are more options besides pizza such as panini, pasta, or salad. It's a nice space that they have on the corner of this old plaza on Bloomingdale and John Moore. It's right next door to Holy Hog. Can't miss it. I visited around 4:30 and there were only a few people there. I hear it's packed in the evening and on weekends. Looking forward to trying the panini next time. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention this. I intentionally waited to write my review until this morning. I usually have a good idea about the salt content after putting my wedding ring on in the morning. I'm happy to report that I had no swelling which typically happens to me after eating pizza the night before. This makes me happy. read more

With such a fired up oven you'd think the pizza should be piping hot. And we ate in house. If we'd taken it home it would've been completely cold pizza. Ask them to fire it up for longer maybe? This was a first visit. The staffer "KADE" whom I questioned about the menu is a great ambassador for Your Pie. He is courteous, professional, personable and knowledgeable. My 3-star rating on food is the result of my pizza order. Although the overall quality of ingredients was excellent, they were weighted to the center of the pizza which had a less than firm crust. Which created the dreaded fold at the point of each slice resulting in the need for a fork and knife. I will return, order same pie again then ask if they can get the crust firmer. This was a nice touch, it does give you a good sense of security when ordering delivery, I don't think it would be a requirement of mine, or if it would affect my rating, but it is definitely a good practice. Now, to the pies themselves. The flavor was agreeable, they look like a healthy take on the pizza, but I was left wanting more, more flavor, more ingredients. Your Pie in Brandon was our alternative for Blaze Pizza as we didn't want to drive all the way to Wesley Chapel. We went pretty early in the day, right after they opened. There was only one other family in the place. Your Pie is very reminiscent of the other "make your own" pizza restaurants. You go down an assembly line and choose your toppings for a make your own or choose one of their pre-designed specialities. My girlfriend and I chose to make our own. We also did side salads and fountain drinks. They had a meal option with those side choices. The food didn't take long and the pizzas were cooked in a large brick over behind the counter. I wasn't impressed with my salad but it was ok. I'm used to having a fresh salad made along the assembly line just like my pizza was. The side salad here is a small plastic cup, stacked in a fridge next to the register. You pick out your salad and a dressing. Nothing fancy. The pizzas were pretty good. They are smaller than our usual make your own pizza place. However, smaller meant that we were full but not busting at the seams. So a plus side there. In the end, I would go back to Your Pie. The quality of the pizza is good I just probably wouldn't spend the money for the side salad again. The price here was slightly cheaper and since it's closer, gas is a factor as well.
