It's hard to put our finger on, but there is an unpleasant smell. It seems other reviewers have noticed this too. Quality of the yogurt seems lesser as compared to other locations based on the consistency. Staff seem very unhappy to be there. Given the pricing to build yourself a nice fro-yo, this place misses the mark on many counts.
