We've had two instances where their Instagram posts don't line up to what they're actually doing in the restaurant. Don't say that your full menu is available when advertising a HUGE Sabres watch party, but then when we get there, it's a limited menu. The other time was last summer when they posted a band was playing 8-10pm. We shown up around 9, PAY A COVER, then the band says 'this will be our last song. Thanks and goodnight'. We were there for 5 minutes. We asked for our cover back, they said no. I then asked to speak to a manager and showed them the Instagram post stating the 8-10pm time. Got our money back and left. This would be the classic zero star review if I could give one. First off we bought tickets in advance for a live music event here...people were walking in off the street without paying for entry. We paid for a VIP table that we were under the impression based on the ticketing site would have provided us with wait staff for food and drinks, guess we were wrong. Second they have contact less food ordering that was not available despite having QR codes at the tables. Making things worse they had menus on the table that had one price for wings but the venues website had a cheaper price (pictures attached). Paid $80+ fees for a VIP table experience to see El Scorcho Saturday night . After the game ended, nobody bothered to scan our tickets after we showed them to the staff or give us a table (we sat ourselves ) . Because of no doorman , anybody was able to get in Free of charge! What is the purpose of having the event on Eventbrite charging an admission when you can attend for free day of ? QR codes did not work at tables , there were price discrepancies from the website to the flyers left on the table . Also, the bar was out of several of the beers listed on draft . This establishment doesn't value its cliental at all . Once the Bills crowd left, it was like they decided to not continue to do their jobs . It's a shame as the band was excellent and the venue could have so much potential . Finally , my cousin explained our situation and requested compensation, still no response ! Lots of kids here with their parents on a busy Saturday night. It's a noisy warehouse style building with huge overhead garage doors, resulting in a chilly, breezy dining space. We came straight from open skate at the ice rink in town with two hungry little boys. The boys ordered their typical menu items: Kids chicken fingers w/ fries and a Kids smash burger w/fries My husband ordered the fish fry, coleslaw and onion rings. He was not impressed with his dried cold fish filet. The slaw was exceedingly bitter with an excess of vinegar. Beautiful patio and open-air dining area. Cool bar and had a game room and bowling lanes too. Menu was extensive, and plenty items looked intriguing. Service was great and I thought prices were very reasonable. Pretzels were really good. Brisket sandwich was great, Hot AF wings and Tallman Flat bread w/cherry peppers were excellent also. I wasn't expecting the food to be so good but it was actually the most delicious wings I've ever tried in Buffalo so far. They were crispy, saucy & decently sized over all. I also indulged in some fried cheese curds & those were great as well. I would definitely come back for more food as the options were good for a late night crowd. read more

Kitchen was closed at 9 on a Saturday. Bartender was as rude as can be. There was not an ounce of music playing the whole time unless someone was playing music on AMI thing. We drove 30 minutes out to come to this bar just to be met with disappointment. I can see why other bars in EA is popular and this one is not. I would never recommend this place and would tell all people to run. Very nice outdoor patio and inside is nice for a pub. Been here several times before had no problem- HOWEVER- this time was not really good. Service was good- but the quality of the food was the issue. Had the burger- fries were great- the burger was way too salty- It could have melted snow on a sidewalk. The buns were overly charred almost inedible. People at my table said that the fish fry wasn't good either - the beer batter was too doughy not crispy. Not sure I'll be back. Bowling alley, bar, restaurant, concert hall, arcade and night club all rolled into one. Good location with lots of seating so it's easy to come in for a drink and meet up with friends. Check out concerts and events like line dancing to try something new. I enjoy stopping by for a drink later in the evenings when it turns into a community nightclub with an age range of probably 15-75. Great spot for people watching. read more

Misters is a great place to stop by for a drink and a bite to eat. The place is large with a ton of seating available in the front, by the bar and in the back. They have video games, ski ball, pin ball and a bowling alley. Drink prices are very reasonable and they have a daily happy hour with $3 well drinks and domestic beer. I arrived at Mister's at 7:30 PM on 1/17 with purchased tickets through Eventbrite to see the Weezer cover band. When I arrived, the Bills game was still on and went into overtime. I grabbed a group of four tickets for table. There was no one at the door to check so we just stood to the side until the bills game was over. I then approached a server while she kind of dismissed me and said she had to clear up the tables from the game first. About two songs in from the Weezer tribute band, we finally just sat ourselves. I tried to scan the QR code to order food, however, the service there is very bad so I was unable to download the menu. And then went back to to the server where it looked like she was counting the drawer. She didn't even lick her head up at me stood there for about two minutes. And then headed to the bar, hoping to get a paper menu there. Again, I stood there for about a minute to two minutes, and no one even approached me. I then just proceeded back to the table. Not one server was seen in the area where the band was playing. There was no one at the door, checking tickets. So essentially I paid for a table of four reservations and I probably could've gotten in for free. I also did not get food. Because of that we left at 9:30 because I had not eaten since earlier in the day. Although I loved the cover band, I was very unpleased with the service. I am requesting a refund for the tickets. This place is a really cool concept, and I love the vibes. Unfortunately, I have to rate this three stars, but I really want to give them 4 stars. The service isn't great, and the food is basic. The food is your typical bar and bowling alley food. It's good for what it is. I ordered the orange sesame chicken fingers. The flavor was incredible. The chicken fingers, well, I had some grossness within one finger that turned me off. I don't want to talk about it. But I did want to guzzle that sauce down. I also loved the fries. The drinks are cheap. The place is inexpensive. It definitely is a fun night out. It just isn't what I'm used to, but I still would hang out here again because it is a unique place and fun. We went to have dinner at Mister's Bar tonight. It appeared to be relatively quiet night. I ordered the brisket,coleslaw and french fries. It took over 25 minutes to receive our food. We had no silverware and it took well over 5 minutes for the waitress to come back to our table with it. The food was cold, I had dried burnt brisket and soggy fries. The bathroom was disgusting, the floor was sticky and there was dried feces on the toilet seat , it smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I can't even give one star from the bad service, dried cold food and filthy bathroom!! My wife and I decided to go for a barbecue chicken dinner on Sunday evening. Upon reading the menu we realized they did not serve barbecue chicken (what barbecue place doesn't serve barbecue chicken?). Ok, no big deal, there were plenty of other choices, so I got the brisket. Once the food arrived, after a half hour wait, it was cold. The brisket itself wasn't bad, but my wife's was dry. As far as our server, she was unenthusiastic and uninterested. I have to say, a few years back this place was great, but as you look at the reviews you'll see that there has been a turn for the worst. From three and four star reviews to one star at best. We tried Mister's for the first time for Mother's Day brunch. We reserved through Open Table. The following day we got a call that "Open Table had our hours wrong," and our reservation needs to be moved to later. At least they called. Approximately 6 tables showed up for reservations at the same time, we were seated quickly, but 2 larger groups with little kids stood by the door for 10 or so minutes with a largely empty dining room. There were 2 elderly ladies seated near us, one identified herself as an employee's grandmother. When the host informed them that the menu was visible by scanning a QR code or visiting the website, we watched their facial expressions change, & we had a feeling there was going to be a problem. They sat at the table getting more and more upset, fumbling with a phone and stressing out, we felt terrible for them. The server made her way over to take their drink order, and they told her they didn't know how to get to the menu. She left and returned with a list of Mother's Day specials, which she read to them. Disposable menu for the little old ladies could have really helped here guys!! Our server was friendly and the food came out quickly. We ordered 2 "Lemosas" (Champagne, Blueberry simple syrup, Lemonade) but received 2 "Mimosas" instead, whatever, cheers. My Eggs Benedict looked amazing but was served cold, so it tasted like disappointment. My husband really enjoyed the turkey club and fries. Neat bar in East Aurora that we've been a few times. Inside they have a full bar and tables, along with a room of arcade games and a few lanes for bowling. They have a decent looking menu but we only stopped in for drinks. There's a smoker outside so I'm sure some of their handhelds are great. They have good happy hour deal on blue light, and a well stocked bar. It's a casual atmosphere and they have a nice sized patio for outdoor dining. Today I visited with my daughter and fiancée to enjoy a day of bowling. We already tried strikers to find a packed place with no help from the staff to get on a list for the next lane. However, we called here and we were unexpected surprised to find just one more person on the lanes. Upon arriving Jenna was so sweet, helpful and patient as we all figured out what we wanted. After setting up the lanes we realized it wasn't working properly. Morgan spent severely tries to get it work but couldn't. He actually even gave us a walk-in talkie in case we ran into issues (thank you Morgan!) We ordered the garlic parm wings and wedge salad. The wings were crispy and SO YUMMY! The wedge needed more toppings but was definitely large enough to share. Upon receiving our bill we were shocked the charged us $20 for us to bowl. We also were charged $4 per shoe rental- not sure going rate but thought for a 2 year old that was a little high. Receiving the bill we realized they not only charged $12 for shoe rents but $20 doe us to use the non working lanes. I went to Jenna and reexplained the lanes didn't work for us, even though we were there for hours we were just really hanging out enjoying time outside of our house with a toddler ( I know some of you have been there!) Jenna introduced me to the manager, Dylan. Dylan took care of this issue and refunded the entire lane rental fee with no question ($20). I don't tell you so you get free rentals. I tell you because my whole group was pissed but instead of leaving, complaining and telling multiple people in the community, and possibly leaving a bad review, we talked about it face to face with the manager and he completely changed the situation. Went in to watch AFC Divisional playoff game and was told we had to leave our table because there was a private party coming into the restaurant in five minutes.... We were so happy to find out that the half-empty place was actually great. The service was quick and the food was great!
