The crowd is all elderly and imo , the music was intolerable. It was todays country (I think) and like Elvis, James Brown, Blackfoot , etc.... Not my type of music & it was LOUD !! I had to get out of there. But, for anyone who likes that kind of music, then this bar is for you. The bartender, looked completely miserable, which also is a "turn off" point for me. At least fake looking happy while serving customers.

The place was packed on a Wednesday night, but everyone we met was friendly and happy to give advice on favorite menu items. Those favorites are also featured on small framed boards around the walls, which adds to the local charm. We went to Anchor Bar the night before, and honestly, this was the much better option for Buffalo staple bar food. Great food, friendly people, and an authentic local feel.
