I'm in the process of moving and have set up to close out my account and have my dispenser and remaining bottles picked up on July 7th. I logged in a few days ago and the date it states for pick up is not the date I set for pickup. FYI the date says July 4th, that's right a holiday! I figured that it was a typo because I set pick up to be July 7th, which is the day I have had set for my regular bi-weekly deliveries. I logged in the next day which was July 5th and the date showing for pick up was now July 5th. So I tried calling but they were closed for the July 4th holiday. Here it is the 6th of July and I logged in again and guess what date is showing for pick up . . . yup July 6th! As I am writing this review I have been on the phone ON HOLD for over an hour waiting to talk to customer service. I've noticed that other reviews have given poor ratings due to this company's customer service. I have to admit another issue I have had with this company is I have called several times(I believe 3 total times) and requested to have only empties replaced and to not just keep delivering full bottles with no empties out to replace them. I'm just one person and I now have six 5 gallon water bottles which is way more than I need in a two week period! FYI still on hold. Also I want to say that I have tried several different numbers to try and get a customer service rep but they all end up in the same automated cue. This is ridiculous!

I submitted an online request and called a few days later when they never contacted me and had no record of it. I submitted again from a different computer as a test and despite getting another confirmation email, they couldn't locate either request. Not good when service is urgent. Best to wait until business hours and call. 2 - The invoice they provide has no record of the amount of water they delivered. Was it 1800 gallons or 10? When a delivery is poured into a well, it is tough to determine how much they poured in since a lot seeps into the ground. Since they charge a flat rate regardless of how much they deliver, it's tough for a consumer to know they got their moneys worth unless its into a pool where you can see the volume. This has gone on for 6-8 months at least. I've been beyond patient with them. They were getting worse and worse then they started not delivering at all last fall due to not being able to find a driver. They hired someone - NO change. Missed December, I called and told them I've had it - if they don't make their next delivery, I'm canceling. They delivered. Then proceeded to miss February. And missed March too.
