We had an existing Culligan system that was rather old, and called for a service. From the minute we meet Chad, we knew we were in good hands. He indulged my many curiosities, and took some serious time to explain each detail. After agreeing to our purchase essentially a new system, his installers worked efficiently, and went as far as to attempt to vacuum the hall and hose off the driveway. They sat and had breakfast with me, tolerated my dog following them around, and explained everything about the system I would need to know. Super professional. Very nice. Neat, clean work. And the most important thing? Our water is perfect. This company rocks. And their employees are aces. I only regret not recording the installers names so I could give them due credit as well

That mineral laden water from our well in Clifton Park had destroyed 6 water heaters, yes six, in 25 years and three water softeners. Three years and zero problems with this system. Five stars for Culligan. Why one star? ACQUA FINANCE is the company that financed our $5500 purchase at zero interest. Never was late with a payment in three years. I made the last payment Days ago. Happened to check my bank account today and was stunned to see that Acqua Finance continued to withdraw a payment from my account. Called and they refused to talk to me claiming my wife was the account holder. We spent about two hours of phone time and MAY be getting a refund In 2-3 weeks! Called the bank to block them in the future. Must pay a bank charge of $35 for each block. Avoid ACQUA FINANCE. I asked why something so reasonable as my request for an improper withdrawal was so problematic for them. They said they must follow their process. I mentioned my review was not going to be good when I wrote it. The supervisor said, "we get that all the time. " That alone is frightening.
