She asked for the info and then said the orders were closed. I told her that couldn't be since it says ready for pick up. She said they're closed. She started to take a second customer when I asked her what's going on with my order. Then she said she had to get a manager. The manager comes and goes to check for the orders. She comes back and says one of the orders is from September. Idk where she got that order from. I showed her the number, she went to check. I was standing for a while waiting for answers. The original sales worker said they're packing your order and she left for the day. She never rung me up, never resolved my original issue. I continued to wait a while for my order. Another associate asked to help me and he checked and they weren't even packing it. I was in this store more nearly 30mins waiting for my order. I'm very disappointed at the customer service I received. The lady was not very friendly. She was even terrible to someone else who questioned the pricing. She has a very dismissive demeanor. You can also buy bedding furniture, such as mattress frames, drawers, night stands, and mirrored dressers. Delivery and assembly is covered as well, which is a huge plus!

The sales person, Cindy Kim, printed a contract that stated that the sofa will be delivered in 4 months and cannot be cancelled, returned, nor will I be entitled to a refund of my deposit. Noting the length of time for delivery, I questioned her to explain why it will take 4 months. She stated that it will take 4 months because of the pandemic. Well, I have been waiting patiently, it is now 5 months, the company did not contact me to explain that there would be an additional delay for the furniture to arrive. I think this was unprofessional of the company. I believe the contract is void due to the fact that the time period originally agreed upon was not kept. I contacted this company several times after the 4-month time period. They refused to give me store credit or a refund despite our contracted agreement. The owner, Joyce Lee, told me to take her to court if I choose to do that and went on to explain that all of their customers are waiting patiently for furniture. I told them I have been unable to use my living room because I do not have a sofa to sit on and would like to buy an available sofa that does not require shipping from another country. They denied my request and insisted that I wait for the furniture to arrive. It must be noted that they were unable to give an arrival date. Two hours after emailing them I received a call stating my furniture arrived and would be delivered in 2 days. They stated in was in the NJ warehouse and that I could inspect it when it is delivered. They collected the balance owed over the phone. On 4/17/2021 the sofa that was delivered and assembled in my home measured only 70 inches. I ordered a 74-inch custom-sized sofa, I am furious. Go figure this is worst than buying a car..the section in the back of the store has some amazing recliners starting at $3k and up.
