My husband ordered a burger and it didn't come with any sides so he had to order fries separately. There I Was really not a lot of service to speak of other than they cooked the food. Their menu is large but narrowed down to just a few topics - Pizza, salads, breadsticks, mac and cheese and wings. Perfect selection. Service is always fantastic. There are times we have been there where there is no patio service and you have to go to the bar to order but usually that's not the case. Either way, we always deal with great staff!

Chain restaurants, correct me if I am wrong, get sauce in big packets, wings in big bags, buns in packages of about twelve, I'm guessing? The chicken strips come prepackaged with instructions to "fry at 375 for 6 minutes, let drain, toss in 1/3 cup sweet Asian chili and serve immediately." Am I wrong here? How do you mess something like that up? "Order up, 12 wings, garlic parm, extra crispy." *cook drops 12 wings from the bag, looks at the instructions that say 'fry at 375 for 5 minutes' and has mastered the skill of frying it for 7 minutes in order to get them extra crispy,at 375, then toss in the sauce as read on the instructions on the bag, plate and serve. How is that so difficult to follow? Why do the wings get to the table over sauced, slimy skin indicating the wings were NOT cooked crispy and no longer hot? Is there a kitchen paradox there that I'm not aware of? It's never, ever, ever busy when we go in. We've gone at several times, different parts of the day, all except Friday at prime time. In all of our visits there haven't ever been more than a handful of tables - you'd think we would have a more attentive service that being the case. Nurp! And cleaning a table doesn't mean taking plates off the table and placing them all on the table next to it. Doesn't that just make for two tables that then have to be wiped down? Maybe it's just because I'm not into the business. The one saving grace BWW used to have is that their wings were killer and made for a great visit with everything else being able to be overlooked. Now with the price, with the poor quality and everything else about how BWW is being operated here just makes for an experience that I just don't want to go visit again. There's a Wing Stop that just opened about 3-4 miles away. Their wings are on the smaller side but customer service is an improvement, sauce selection isn't bad, and everything is cooked as it should be. It's not a sports bar but I can watch the game at home. There is a 87% chance we will never be back to BWW. Have ago but have low expectations, that might make your trip there a little more enjoyable. Someone please bring a stopwatch, I'm curious to know how often the server comes by your table. They were, without a doubt, the best burnt ends I have ever had. Ever. It was so good that I had to come back the following day to try more of their food, and I am so glad I did. This time, I had the smoked prime rib plate. Hands down, the best prime rib I have ever had in my life. It practically melts in your mouth. On top of the incredible food, the service is fantastic. Everybody there was super friendly and personable. If I lived nearby--I'm currently in the area for business from out of state--I would absolutely make this a regular destination whenever I wanted a great meal. The restaurant itself is cozy, clean, and just a great experience overall. I wish I could give you guys ten stars.
