Mizu is great! My husband and I came here with a friend who'd been there before and highly recommend it. He was definitely right in his rec because we had a lovely experience. The staff was friendly and professional, the restaurant seemed clean and well-maintained, the vibe was fun, and the food was delicious, as were the drinks! I'm not sure what happened here, but I'm very disappointed- the hibachi dinner I ordered had no taste whatsoever. The rice and noodles were boiled and served. This restaurant is one of my mom's favorites so we went for lunch on Mother's day. The restaurant was packed. I had made a reservation for the hibachi grill earlier in the week. I was surprised to see how unorganized the reservation system is. Basically just a pad of paper that they try to find your name written on but seem to have a hard time finding it. We decided to just take a seat in the regular dining area instead. We were seated right away and the food was served pretty quickly. I ordered two sushi rolls. The spider roll which has soft shell crab, cucumber, avocado, masago, and covered in eel sauce. I also got the salmon roll. I loved the salmon roll. I didn't care for the spider roll. The eel sauce was overpowering and too sweet. My husband got the futo maki roll which comes with krab, egg, avocado, cucumber, fish egg & japanese pickles. He also ordered the hot and spicy soup that had shrimp, scallop, mushroom, scallion & lemongrass. The futo maki was really good and so was that soup. I sampled both. My mom got the hibachi salmon which comes with soup and salad. The plate was huge. I'm not sure if the lunch portions are usually this size. We had to order from the dinner menu because on Mother's day you do not get a lunch menu option. She seemed to enjoy it. My father got one of the noodle soups and he also enjoyed it. We were wonderfully greeted and seated by the owner. Our server was attentive and friendly. Their large menus can be intimidating but take your time and you'll discover something for everyone in your group. We started with the House Salad with ginger dressing and then the Sweet Potato Roll with a Philadelphia Roll. The rolls were fresh and great tasting and the Sweet Potato Roll was the best! Our entrees were the Shrimp Fried Rice and the Seafood Fried Rice with scallops, shrimp and krab (yes fake crab). I can guarantee you will not leave hungry due to the amount of fried rice and large servings. Located in the Best Buy strip mall across from the Loop Shopping center in Kissimmee, this unassuming restaurant on the corner seems to be very popular for birthday celebrations and was very busy on the Thursday we visited. Of course its dinner and a a show. The meal started with miso broth and a simple iceberg salad with ginger dressing, after a while the chef comes out and start cooking, but not before a brief comedy routine that includes hurling a fake egg, juggling the spatula and an onion volcano., it was all very entertaining. It did get warm after the cooking started. The meal includes fried rice, noodles, veggies and the protein of choice. The food was very good and everyone got enough for at least two meals. The lobby is small, so it was a little tight for our group, since there was other party waiting. We waited for almost 10 minutes. The host escorted us to our table. I stood at the entrance nobody was acknowledging me. I asked this young man behind the counter and he would just stare back like I don't know if he speaks or what he never answered my question. Then I guess this other guy comes over he's the one seating patrons. I repeated to him what I asked the other guy and he sat me down to a table. About 5 minutes later a server comes and takes my drink and comes right back to take my order. I had the samari, Mexican and California roll. The sushi was served maybe 10-15 minutes later. Rolls are small here, the California roll was kinda bland and the thinnest piece of imitation crab. The other two rolls were almost the same flavor wise nothing spectacular about them. We ordered a few rolls, sashimi, and side salads. The Mizu Roll stood out the most and were impressed with the flavor. The Flaming Roll had a fun presentation but not so much taste. We haven't been here since before Covid so I wasn't sure what to expect with last night's visit. We were there early (around 4:15), seated at a hibachi table right away. My only complaint was that after our party of 2 and another party of 2 had ordered and finished our soup and salad, they sat 3 more so we had to wait for them to order, finish soup & salad before the chef came over. The clear soup is just awesome, however this location always puts was too much dressing on the lettuce. It was swimming in it but I ate it anyway I had the chicken & strip steak - served with fried rice, noodles and vegetables with a shrimp appetizer that comes with the meal. Steak and chicken were cooked to perfection and the vegetables/rice/noodles were fantastic. My husband had the filet & scallops, and started with a Boston roll & California roll. Service was great. Our server kept our beverages full at all times and made sure everything was to our liking. Our chef was entertaining but not obnoxiously so. He got a feel that this wasn't a party table and just did his thing. We were too full for dessert. My leftovers equal 2 take-to-work lunches, which believe it or not heated nicely in the microwave. We spent 85 for all we had, and the extra to take home made it well worth it. Go early! read more

They told me they couldn't do fried rice with no veggies which isn't true it's what I order everytime when I do pickup and never have a problem and over charged me for a bento box.
