I had Blanca as my hairdresser at AZ Hair Lounge and she is the sweetest and knows how to cut long ethnic hair well. I love the cut she gave me and the heart she put into styling my hair. I went back and Kim fixed them. Very good. The next time I went in, the color was great. It wasn't too yellow or too dark. I wasn't happy with the cut because my hair wouldn't lay right. I went in today, 4/2/26. I told Kim my color the last time was great but the cut didn't lay well. When I left, my hair was a color it's never been in my life. It was brown. And that is after I said it looked too dark. Kim used a completely different method for the color and the result was a completely different hair color than I have ever had before. My hair is brown. It's a nice shade of brown but it's not at all what I asked for. I look like death with dark hair. That's why I come in to get my roots done..I'm staggered now. I could go back and ask Kim to fix it. But I'm afraid of what will happen next.
