They really spend time going through our home and understanding our concern areas. They take their time working on the hard spots and even use fans to dry out the carpets as quick as possible. Parts of the carpet were dry by the time the left. They even moved furniture out of the way to get areas we wanted to clean that were exposed before. They spent over four hours in our home compared to the usual three we got with others and they took care that they are not causing any damage to our walls/floor. Just take a look at the pics below.
