I spoke with Thomas the owner & he was more than happy to squeeze me in on such a last minute wash. It was a hot day & he offered to take me to the coffee shop on the corner to hang out since they don't really have a waiting area indoors. The wash took about an hour and he also offered to pick me up to go get the van. If that isn't customer service, then I don't know what is. The interior was already in very good condition--it mainly needed a thorough vacuuming, the seats wiped down, and the dash, doors, and trim cleaned. I was in a hurry afterward, so I paid, left a generous tip, and drove away. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed dust and grime still all over the dashboard, door panels, and interior trim. When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. Lesson learned. If you want the job done right, you'll probably have to stand there and constantly check what they're missing. I won't be using their detailing service again.

Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! (Tip your tech y'all, they're going above and beyond.)

He was nice but he told me he wanted to come a hour EARLY but then literally sat outside for about 20 minutes. I text Zach and said not sure why your guy has been here almost 20 minutes and not come in. But I was in a Camera on meeting for work and didn't have time to go outside and ask. Finally he called and said he was there. I said yeah I know. Then he asked me which car I wanted detailed first - my mom's I'm trying to sell (The Lexota aka Lexus,) or mine (Infiniti Q60.) I said I literally don't care. He was going back and forth trying to decide and asked me AGAIN and again I said I don't care. Do what you want. I was trying to get BACK inside for work. I gave him the Lexus keys and told him my keys were in my car. Guys. He literally spent 45 ish minutes VACUUMING my car. Now I'm thorough. And super ANAL about details but whoa. Then he got to washing which I never ever saw him touch or get close to the cars (which is apparent by the photos,) and waxing. Which I don't see happened. My car certainly doesn't seem waxed neither does the Lexus. The wash and wax job is just okay. The Lexus was DISGUSTING so truly any cleaning was worth it. But $568 for the two cars worth it??? NO. Today I was putting things back into the car and found that my back windows, the annoying triangle ones, weren't even cleaned!!! That definitely lowered me from a 3 star to a 2. AND the fact that my driveway is full of caked on dirt and pollen from the cars. Never have I ever had such a mess leftover by a company. Never have I ever felt like I TOTALLY wasted my money on something. My leather looks okay. The Lexus too but this was NOT worth it. For $234 for one car I'd expect it PERFECT. Not with the freaking windows still dirty!!! Come on!!! And I asked for an "itemized" invoice and was given the attached. What a joke. Go elsewhere. PS...this says it includes HAND WASH which did NOT happen on either of my vehicles. I can see and did see him working the entire time. 0 hand wash occurred. Pressure washing did. Ugh upon further review then I see that the guy never removed my phone holder from the windshield. Which left it all streaky and still dirty on that corner. Truly POOR quality work.

And I really appreciate that the was no weird perfumed smell in it. My car was just as shiny and clean as the day I purchased it. I've learned that, just like regular maintenance, having your car detailed really prolongs the appearance of your car. I had also had a horrible sqeaking sound in my drivers seat....it's gone now !! I will now invest in this every two years.
