To start. Thank you Kamran, Darshan and team ML Mortgage. I was referred to Kamran after 3 other lenders had promised to help but walked away. I was ready to give up, kamran picked up the phone and we talked. I was in his office the following day with my supporting documents.. Kamran took the time to work through my options to see what was going on. Not after I left or in another department, right in front of us on a big screen where we could see what was going on. My issue was very close on credit and debt. I had explained to the others I had sufficient funds ready and Kamran said. "Ok your good to go. I don't see a problem here" called in Darshan and this dynamic duo started the process. Now both assured me as long as things were as we reviewed and we stood on tract this would close without any concerns. Now I lost sleep and sweated however each time I called I was told all is on tract and here's where we are at. I was so paranoid from the previous lenders.. I was a nervous wreck. Now with a hostile seller to add to the mix due to a low price and another interested cash buyer at a higher price... well let's say I was more then concerned.. I called over and again was told all is going great and we're expecting to close on time. They also said that they had explained to me early on they are a one stop, full service direct lender and many of their competitors look and prey on the easy loans and some just don't want to have to put in the extra work. They had assured me early on if there was a concern they would let me know.. Well to wrap this up we closed last week and now own our home. In the the estimated time. I can and will honestly say ML Mortgage, Kamran and Darshan are the best in the business period... it's not easy to get on a site and discuss personal financial issues. I used ML mortgage for my first home recently and worked with Darshan as my loan officer. I shopped around for rates with a few bigger banks and online ones but was highly recommended to just give these guys a shot. I can honestly say that it was the best decision I've ever made and a blessing. Darshan was on top of everything!!! He was always available for my million questions and countless phone calls. And they had a fantastic rate that matched the lowest anyone else quoted me. He worked with my agent and the selling agents to help expedite everything! I went to the office and met Kamran (Sales Manager) who treated me like family. It's hard to find a company where you can be treated like a friend and not a customer. This alone will be the reason I can recommend everyone to them. Everyone helped me so much there that it's hard to believe how well I was treated. After everything, we closed a conventional loan in two weeks!!!! Yes folks, two weeks! It was crazy fast going through the process. Almost unreal. Everyone else told escrow would be 30-45 days. Darshan told me from the beginning, he would go as fast the other escrow company can go and two weeks was his goal. And he kept it true. So that's my experience with them and I will tell everyone who wants a mortgage company that ML mortgage is truly second to no none, so look no further. As a first time buyer you want to have the best experience when it comes to purchasing a home. I had originally started the process with another lender and let me tell you it was not a great experience. I just kept getting a "don't worry everything will be ok," "you will close on time" and no we kept getting extension to close Escrow. My loan officer had said he was going to pay the $95 per day that was being charge for the extension of closing escrow and unfortunately that money ended up coming out of my pocket it got to the point I almost lost my $13200 that I had gave as a deposit. You can imagine how I felt. I was stressed wanted to cry my dream of being a first time buyer was probably not going to happen anymore, until I met Naveed and Zain let me tell you they are the BEST! They took the challenge they only had 9 days to close escrow the sellers were not granting any more extensions if we didn't close escrow I was going to loose my deposit and the $95 that was being charge which was like $4000 and guess what they made it happened. Escrow was closed in 9 days yes you read right 9 days :). They explained everything I was completing made the process smooth and possible. My experience working with ML Mortgage was great and I would definitely use them again in the future. If you have ever refinanced before, you know the process, at times, can be pretty brutal. We had been turned down by several different lenders for various reasons and were basically starting to lose hope. Going in, I knew our file would be extremely difficult for most loan officers to close but Naveed's grit, determination, and experience shined, and he was able to get the loan to close and fund at an extremely competitive interest rate, which saved us hundreds of dollars per month.
