I was looking for a one-stop location that focuses on routine dental care, as well as able to provide Invisalign treatment and dental implants, etc all in house. After being bounced around and referred to and from different locations that advertised they offered these all-in-one services onsite - I found this to be untrue, until I discovered Green Lead Dental. My experiences with Green Leaf Dental is 10/10 - and I don't mean that lightly. They were able to get me scheduled for an appointment within 24 hours. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, but also articulate and support options for what dental plans are available and provided a clear path to the end goal. I am confident and comfortable saying I've found my new long term dental practice here at Green Leaf Dental.

It turns out that I didn't need any fillings. I eventually moved to West Seattle and continued coming here just because they always did such a great job! The appointments were scheduled to be quick and efficient, but not rushed. Also, everyone was just so friendly and knowledgable. I unfortunately moved out of state, and just went to a new dentist here. Comparing experiences led me to want to give this review. I wish all dental offices were as great as this one! As well as Meghan, I've had two different dental hygienists since I started to visit. Both have been great and seem to exude kindness. Everybody at this place is so damn nice! Columbia City Dental used to be my local dentist, I've since moved halfway across the city. I still make the drive as I don't think I could find a better place to go.

I experienced discomfort and pain for about a week after this first appointment, which I heard is abnormal for this sort of procedure. Then when the doctor could not successfully apply local anesthesia, yet again, at the crown fitting, he just went ahead with the procedure even after I told him and his assistant multiple times that I still felt pain. While anesthesia is not always required for this procedure, I specifically shared with the team that I wanted to be numbed due to my pain tolerance and teeth sensitivity. When I kept squirming in the chair and groaning, the doctor remarked, "Oh, you really feel the pain?" as if I'd been faking it all along. After this experience, my partner and I decided to look for a new dentist - someone who actually cares about his patients.

I truly feel like they care about you as a patient and that is what you want in a dental clinic. The dentists and hygienists here are always friendly and make sure you're not in any pain while they operate. They do a good job following COVID-19 protocols and making it a safe and clean place. Wait times are never long, I always check in on time and I'm in my appointment minutes later. Scheduling appointments is easy and they usually have good availability. They have a big parking lot and big waiting room too! Overall, this will always be my place of choice for dental hygiene.

I was worried I'd be judged for my recently poor dental health (I was traveling overseas for the past year in countries where I couldn't drink tap water to clean my teeth), but they didn't make me feel bad about it at all. I left feeling very positive and hopeful that I can take better care of my teeth. Dr. Nartea has a very gentle hand which makes going to the dentist a lot less scary. I have a classic old, brick Tudor house with a steep roof, and as you can see in the photo he did an excellent job! He was true to his word on the schedule and price. He paid attention to details, even painting some roof vents to match the color of the shingles and when he was finished, he cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell he'd been here. Today, about eight months later, I discovered some rain water leaking down through the ventilation fan over my kitchen stove. I called Scott and he was here within the hour. Turns out, it was the roof vent had a rivet joint that failed, which was nothing to do with the new roof that he installed. He still fixed the leak for me at no charge. Hiring contractors is always a gamble and I've run across some bad ones, but Scott is definitely one of the good guys. In addition to his professionalism, he's a friendly, calm, and pleasant guy.
