The last two contacts have been texts from AI Chatbots pretending to be humans, then assuring us that we will be removed from their contact list. My husband told me on the day of installation, they were punctual, efficient and completed the window replacements on time. We got Simonton laminated double paned windows, and although they haven't blocked out as much sound as I hoped, they actually help a good deal with lowering hot temperatures in that room in the summer.
