They were professional, courteous, and had a great sense of humor--honestly enjoyable to have around even while tearing old windows out of the house. That matters when a crew is in your space all day. What really stood out was the extra care they took: sweeping the patio, vacuuming the area around each window, and keeping things as clean as possible during a very dusty job. They put in a solid 6.5-hour day on the first day alone, not including drive time or loading and unloading equipment. Hard-working, respectful, and detail-oriented. This company won't leave us alone! Best Choice came to our door offering a free estimate. We scheduled a time for them to come back, and they were no-shows, which was a deal-breaker for us. When they later attempted to schedule a new visit with us, we said we were not interested in working with them after the no-show. In the year since, we have received numerous calls and texts from them, trying to solicit business. We tell them we are not interested and ask that they do not contact us again. The last two contacts have been texts from AI Chatbots pretending to be humans, then assuring us that we will be removed from their contact list. Best Choice replaced our windows and sliders with double-paned. Their customer service has been proactive and responsive. I have an older home and have had a couple issues with sticking screens as they glide. They continue to stand by their work to come out and amend the issue. There are lighter replacements than Anlin, but the affordability and effectiveness make it a non issue. We noticed a change in our internal climate immediately! There were a couple install things and have needed to follow up to amend, but they were immediately responsive. Ideally I'd give a 4.5 review, but certainly doesn't warrant a 4. I called the business to ask for his name and Elise picked up the phone, who was very unprofessional and hung up on me. She said they had "20 guys out in the field" presumably conducting unwanted solicitations. We never get solicitors here, and going door to door is an annoying marketing technique and indicated the business is desperate for customers and can't get business any other way. Military families and those who are not sure who to trust with windows!, I originally went through home depot for a quote on base model windows and they were going to be 7000 for 10 custom. Anyways I waited a few months and called back to have them come do it they said there price change now almost 10000. I knew this wasn't right so I started asking around and a military friend told me this company was going to make my life so much better. Short story they weren't wrong. When Jason arrived at my house I was nervous it was going to be the typical run around and high prices. He not only walked me through everything as far as warranty qualities different styles and the benefits of each choice but he also proved there worth with a heat test and that was very cool. Showing me how the windows stopped heat from getting in like other dont do. He gave me Mazing discount for being g a lilitary veteran and to that I want to say thank you Jason and Hector. They gave me better windows with more features and upgrades than home depot for less than home depot had quoted me. It took a couple weeks they called me and had the team out fast to do my windows. It took 6 hours total and they had completely removed replaced sealed amd inspected every inch of every window. Rafael and his crew were extremely friendly and super professional at all times. They were mindful of my house and asked permission before doing anything at all. It felt like having a good friend in my house. Watching them work you realize what efficiency and perfecting a craft really looks like. The next day hector came out and Verified I was satisfied and that everything was properly done. Best Choice Sales knocked on my door, offering to update my front yard. But I took them to the back of my house that needed a stucco repair. And to my small wood garage that needed refinishing. The stucco guy worked until I had to bring him a light. Perfect job of matching color and texture. Pat on the back! They Sanded and Sanded and filled in nail holes and did termite repair on the garage. Unfortunately the color that was selected did not match. So they came out and re did the Tex-Coat color and my garage looks FABULOUS. They did a new roof on the garage. And also installed beautiful metal gutters on the front and back of my house and on the side of the garage. So many things that had waited and waited to be done. Thanks Best Choice for Making Sure that the Warranty on my Tex-Cote Stucco was honored, since the original company went out of business. They 1st say that I didn't confirm my apt and when I say I did they changed there story to something else. I tell them I'm not interested and hang up. They call my back the same day and confirm my apt?? I say they no showed and I am no longer interested. Then they proceed to ask me if I am referencing the right company. Seems unorganized. I'm betting he's bugging all of us and getting our names to legitimize the business when he bugs the next neighbor. His flier isn't professional and looks homemade. This company came to my door to solicit a quote on my deck upstairs. A representative came the next day and took all the particulars and said they'd have me an estimate no later than Monday, and he talked up the company. Monday came and went and I didn't get a call or anything so I left a message on the line of the number of the business card I was given. I received no response. Another week went by and I heard nothing so I called the office. They said they had a record of my request for work and were waiting to hear back from a contractor. I was told they did the work in house. When I asked for a manager, receptionist said she was new, no one was available. Seems quite sketchy to me with no response and no one available. About a month ago i had a door to door salesman come from Best Choice Home Remodeling and like all i was pretty skeptical, but i thought "what the heck it's a quote, it couldn't hurt". So i made an appointment for the next day at 5:30pm. In my experience these are usually a ball park time and usually show up later. Beata showed up exactly at my door at 5:29pm and i was already off to a good start. She sat with me and LISTENED to what i wanted and what my expectations were, she told me me to not think of the price but just list out what i want and we can work from there to reach my budget. Not once did she try to steer me into a more expensive or unnecessary option and she was very patient with all my many questions. Long story short a quick day of thinking later i decided to put my trust in the company and go from there. After i decided Beata once again showed up at the time she and i agreed upon and we went thepugh all the paperwork. Now this is where i thought ok well her job is done now for the foreman and his crew. Boy was i wrong. Even though her portion was done she kept communicating with me every step of the way. For the foreman and his workers they showed up promptly and took measurements just a few days after i signed and then a week and a half later the work started. Now i was all set for waiting Atleast a month but nope i was very pleased to hear it would take such a short time! I have nothing but good works to say for Tim and his crew. They showed up 30 min early got all the materials and went to work. The job started at 8am and to my surprise by 3 pm they were packing up and they cleaned my entire yard whether it was their mess or not! Tim was actively giving me suggestions on something's that may work or not but in the end he managed to fulfill all my crazy requirements and managed to make it beautiful. Long story short i would definitely give Best Choice Home Remodeling (aptly named), Beata and her team a call for all your home needs.
