Unfortunately, the way they handled the delivery and everything afterward completely ruined the experience. I paid an additional $175 specifically for an exact delivery time because I had multiple vendors scheduled that day and needed everything to stay on track. They ended up arriving almost TWO HOURS late, which pushed back my entire schedule and affected other vendors and caused so much stress. Mind you the event was a wedding. What made it worse was that while I was waiting, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to give me an update. If you're having a weekend wedding, don't expect much in the way of customer service if something goes wrong. After the event, I reached out and asked for a refund of just the $175 exact-time delivery fee. I wasn't asking for a refund on the equipment or the entire service, just the additional fee for a service I paid for and clearly didn't receive. They ghosted me. Honestly, $175 isn't going to make or break me. It's the principle. If you charge a customer extra for a guaranteed service and don't provide it, you should make it right. Instead, they chose to ignore the situation. Ironically, a lot of people at my event asked who provided the equipment because it looked great. I've been honest with everyone who asked about my experience, and unfortunately they've lost potential business over something that could have been resolved very easily. Good equipment.
