The venue itself is beautiful to walk in to breathe in natural air, see horses, and play a variety of games from ping pong, basketball, horse shoe, or bean bag toss, and they even offer face painting for the kids and adults too. Their bathrooms are impeccably clean and well managed. Their team did so well in serving the guests of the event! I had a terrible experience in the past ordering jumpers or bounce houses or whatever they are called. I ordered a jumper from a party rental company that dropped off their business card at my house. They were local, I thought I would give them a try. They showed up late in a beat up little truck, the jumpers were falling off the sides, it was dirty, didnt look like the picture and the list goes on. I found ijump on the Campbell approved vendors's list which made me feel a lot better with my jumper rental. The jumpers were a little more expensive than the ragtag company I used in the past, but were still the most reasonable from the vendor list of jumper rentals. The City of Campbell assured me that ijump was insured and a responsible company otherwise they wouldn't have them on the list. I called and ordered the jumper far ahead of time for John D Morgan Park. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly, thourough and he was familiar with the park and the different areas. I guess they do other party rentals too because he offered me tables and chairs, but I didnt need them. I ordered a princess jumper and a generator (no power at the park) and it was at the park ahead of schedule and looked just like the picture from the website. The guy took a little longer to set up the jumper than the other company, but it was fine because I saw that he was actually cleaning it and nailing it down properly. He explained the safety rules and was on his way. They called when he was on his way back to let us know and was back right on time to pick it up. Pleased with the experience and now I don't have to be nervous for future jumpers I rent. read more

We host several seminar events per year and I have found iJUMP to be the best possible vendor for our needs. They are highly responsive and flexible. Based on my research of other vendors, their pricing is great, but I choose to go with iJUMP because they really listen to what I need and really take initiative to get things to me and returned in a way that makes sense for me. Some of my events are bigger (up to 100 attendees) and some are fairly small (about 25 attendees) and they can handle it. I will say that the jumper image was a bit strange for me when I was searching for a vendor because I have never thought to rent one and that is not what I was looking for. The first time I ordered from iJUMP, I was looking for a vendor who could really support me -- just get what I needed to me on time and then take it back without asking me to do all the work. So, I reached out to them and they revealed that they do much more than jumpers. I liked what I heard and I have been very impressed with them ever sense. They are professional. They are quick and direct. The tables, chairs, and linen have been perfect. Decided to get a jump house for my sons birthday last weekend, but I had no idea where you even rent them. Of course I took to the internet and found iJump with a five star rating here on Yelp. The online ordering service is super easy to use, you just click "order by date" and there is a calendar all set out for you where you can choose the date and time of delivery. I got a phone call while I was still setting up some decorations for the party letting me know that the jump house was on it's way. I really, really appreciate that little detail since I had very little time on my hands and it's nice not to have to constantly check if they've arrived yet. Sure enough he did arrive on time and started to unload everything into the backyard exactly where I told him. I was able to work on other decorations while he set it all up for us which didn't take very long at all. The jumping house was clean and worked perfectly, the kids had a great time. We even got to keep the jumping house for an extra hour free of charge since he was late to pick it up. I can't find anything bad about iJump. Great service, I highly recommend them! read more

I had a very pleasant experience working with these guys for my daughters 6th birthday. I found these guys on the approved vendor list for the City of San Jose parks. There prices were great, Mo was very pleasant and very thorough with communication and confirmation. We rented the disney princess bounce house, a snow cone machine, and a cotton candy machine and got a great package deal. The bounce house delivery guys showed up an hour before my party as agreed, the bounce house was very clean and new looking, and they even brought us extra supplies for the cotton candy and snow cone machine. They picked up on time and even helped me carry my ice chest with their dolly...I thought that was very nice of them. Overall a very pleasant bounce house rental experience. read more

I found ijump on San Jose's approved vendors list so that I can rent a jumper at a city park. Some companies were charging by the hours and just ridiculously priced. iJump had reasonable prices and worked with me on the price for tables, chairs and a couple canopies. The guys who came to the park were quick and friendly. They didn't have to but they offered to help arrange the tables and chairs. They called about 20 minutes after to make sure everything worked out OK. Needless to say I hung on to their card. read more

The gentleman that came was very nice and very fast at set up. They called back in the evening because they had truck difficulties and could not pick up the bouncer and ask if they could leave it overnight. Excellent customer service with a big selection of many jumpers to choose from. I have rented one for my daughters birthday and i must say they were very professional and presentable. They came on time and made set up look so easy. When its time for pick up and they are running late they will call and let you know in advance. Had a very good experience with them and will definitely call them again for any events ill be hosting.

Their prices are very reasonable and we've even recommended them to our friends and family who have also enjoyed their services. We've rented mostly tables/chairs and jumpers! They have lots to choose from. Their delivery service is always prompt and sometimes they'll pick up the following day, which is so nice! They'll help set up the tables and chairs, too. I've inquired about other services and they even offer a taco man, which we've yet to try. I absolutely recommend them for their excellent customer service and great rentals!

They also called two days before the event to confirm the delivery time. On the day of the event, it took two people less than 10 minutes to set everything up. They went over some quick safety rules and we didn't see them again until the pick-up time. It took two people 10 minutes to thoroughly clean, deflate, and pack up the jumper. I was also sooooo impressed by how clean the bounce house was. It wasn't dirty, scratched, or grimy like the public use ones you often see at pumpkin patches. For a 7-hour rental, delivery fee, optional tip, and seven kids, it came out to ~$5.70/kid. Very affordable and worth it. Kids had a blast. Book them for your next party. You won't be disappointed!

The reservation system online is super easy to use (with no deposit required) and subsequent communication with Zeb professional, responsive, and accommodating. I ended up adding tables and chairs to the bounce house and changing the quantity until the day before and Zeb made updates as we went along. In addition, he changed the pricing for me to the package deal in order to be more price efficient (thank you!!). The day of our party, we received a courtesy text to confirm drop off time. They arrived on time, were well prepared with all paperwork, tarps, jump house, and safety signage to display for the party. They set everything up in a timely manner, reviewed all rental agreement details with us, and answered a few questions that we had before leaving. The jump house was extremely clean and in great condition! Definitely one the nicest of any that we've rented. After the party, a pickup time was agreed upon.
