They delivered the jumper and by the night there were so many cockroaches leaving the jumper and not just 1 or 2 but hundreds !!!! We keep our house very clean and have never seen any cockroaches in our home. They were inside the jumper and when I contacted the owner he said it was our house. What kind of business owner blames you when it was clearly their equipment because we saw them leaving the jumper. So unprofessional and did not hold any accountability. Everything was explained very clearly, we were able to pick the date/time, sign the contract and pay right there. A day before the event, I received a text telling me at what time they were going to arrive for set up. Given the current shelter in place and COVID-19 situation I was pretty picky about picking a spot. iJUMP has adjusted by giving you an additional day for the same price, has contactless delivery, and they sanitize the jumper after setting it up. Awesome!! IJump came to my rescue when shelter in place was put into effect and my kids were beyond bored. They were running a special and I took advantage of it. They delivered the bounce house, set it up and completely sanitized it for us. Due to the virus I had to cancel my order and they stated that they can only refund me half. When I placed the order they did not state anything about refunds being non refundable. I told the guy it is not fair that I'm paying for a service that will not be provided for me anymore . He stated that because of the covid19 that their business is not doing well. I was searching around for deals and pricing for a 20x40 tent and I came across Ijump on Craigslist. I saw the price which was super cheap compare to the places that I've looked, so i wanted to email them to see if the prices are actually right. I had a very fast response within a day by email and by phone. Mohammed was the person that I was in contact with and he is incredibly friendly and totally easy to talk to. As much pricing questions and quotes I asked, he never hesitate to give me an answer or sound like he was annoyed because I asked too many questions. I ended up getting 4 round tables (seats 10) 40 white chairs, 1 long food table and a large tent 20x40 (including setting up & taking down fees)= $467. I made a deposit for only $67. Once they arrive and install everything, he will collect the remaining balance on the day of event. They were so fast and accommodating because my baby shower was on a Sunday. He emailed me to let me know that he wasn't able to be there the Sat before to set up for me and asked if he can show up Friday to set up for me instead cause he didn't want to delay time on the event date on Sunday. I was so pleased with their service and their professionalism because they came on time and knew exactly how to install everything within 45 minutes. Our baby shower was amazing!!! we had over 40+ guest and everyone was dazzled on how everything looked and I got so many compliments that I threw the best Baby shower! :) All thanks to Ijump!! I've used a few different jumphouse rental companies before but i was referred to IJump from my company after we booked them for our holiday party. At our company party there were 40-50kids maybe even more and the people that were hired to tend (supervise) to the jumphouses were very attentive and made sure kids were safe and wouldnt run amuck and get hurt. Ive seen other companies hire kids that didnt care and let 15+ into a jumper and little kids got injured...these guys were on point and very patient with the kids lol So i hired them for my daughters second bday and they were early with the setup, organized and efficient! They came to pick up on time or the park rangers might have gotten upset(maybe a fine?)idk if they would if we stayed past sunset or not but they were on point!
